The PP Election
So as many of your saw, I was elected as the PP of the UKPP. I would like to thank all of those who voted in the election, both for me and for the other candidates. The results are as follows:

This coming month
As previously said, my goals for this month are:

-I want to form a new working group, dubbed as the UKPP Committee, which will sit as an advisory group between members and the PP. It will elect party members to the committee each month from both the party MU and UKPP, and will work to further each other in a prosperous manner. Much like currently, elected members will be responsible for different areas of the party running.
-With the roots of the RAF relationships laid and activity starting to pick up, there is still much work to do to set up supplier networks, strike days and competitions. This will be a large priority this term.
-I want the UKPP to sit on top this term with a large and strong congress list (20 candidates) standing.
-I would also like to put forward a strong CP candidate to run and win the next election.
The Team this month
To support myself, I have asked a number of loyal party members to help me run the party, as I don't think one person should hold all the power.
THE EMPRAH- Vice President
THE EMPRAH is here to support the President and the team in the work they do, as he did so excellently last term.
VACANT- Secretary General
In an effort to cede power to younger, less experienced members, a position is available upon application. If you’re interested in taking a role in the party, message me. This person will manage the Party Conference and assist the president with votes within the party.
VACANT for now - Councillor/Chief Whip
Vacant until congress, the position will call for a strong and experienced congress member, who will be dealing with all things congress in their position and making sure congressmen, new and old, know the ins and outs for votes and conduct.
Pannonian Nomad- Spokesman/Membership Officer
Proving himself as an excellent member last term, Pannonian will deal with membership issues as well as aiming to recruit new members to the party and introduce them to politics.

Baroness Margaret Thatcher, 5am Saint and helpmeslack have also graciously offered to act in an advisory role, and I am looking for more wise members to assist.
Our vision
The UKPP aims to be a party that supports new players by allowing them to help shape party policy. We strive to be transparent, favouring democratic conferences and postal balloting over executive decisions. Your in-game age, strength, wealth or connections are not what matters - your commitment, activity and desire to succeed do.
Dates for the calender
This is a list of dates for people regarding party affairs, for your chance to get involved.

Congress Elections
Party members can apply for congressional candidature the 16th and 23rd of December. I encourage anyone who is active and wants to experience congress to apply and put forward a manifesto. On the 22nd and 23rd, I will hold a vote to all members who will vote for their 1st, 2nd & 3rd preference congress votes. It worked really well last term, before we got wiped and the rest is history. I'd like to see us put around 20 candidates forward this term and make a real push into congress.

Party Conference
Will be held at 6pm next Sunday (23/11/14) on IRC. All those who can attend are most welcome. We will be discussing a possible rebranding, policies, congress aims this month and the finalized congress list will be released.

CP Elections
After the congress elections, from the 26th to the 29th of November, I will accept members manifestos for their CP candidature (to me personally) and an article will be made to contain all of them. On the 30th and 1st of December, members will have one vote each to choose who they want to represent them as CP. You will for the first time have a template for your manifesto allowing you to list endorsements, experience and other important features.
To those who aren't UKPP members...
I think you can see from the above that we are trying to create a party that cares about its members, not just its vote and gives the opportunity to everyone to make something of themselves. With democratic voting systems for congress, party and country presidents; the opinion of the members counts for more that of myself. Come and see what we're about, you might be surprised. I’m also speaking with a few members about setting up a free food service for our younger members.
