[Appleby] Day 2 - Things be happenin'

Another sunny day exiled on the Falklands and you can see why the Argies always wanted their hands on ‘em. Y’know, the sheer beauty of the place under the Governorship of Horice almost makes the liberation of the eUK with it’s soaring crime, crumbling towns and tribes of chavs almost a burden. But as my cabinet has reminded me I have important manifesto obligations we have nevertheless been working hard to see the Union Jack rightfully restored over very limited parts of the Welsh countryside, where the Argies are apparently afraid of the feral sheep. Small victories…

After over an hour of banter and quality trolling we have concluded the first government meeting, probably the largest in years given most irc active citizens were there to help derail it where necessary. Needless to say we hammered a lot of ideas down into workable programs; entertainment obviously getting the lion’s share of attention with a strong Ajay theme to look forward to as we wait for the 15th where we can lend him a hand in losing the UKPP elections. Another potential small victory 😛

In regards to the Major Victory everyone has been waiting for, I can confirm in disbelief that we have made notable progress in regards to our diplomatic standing and the imminent balance of power in our immediate vicinity. Hopefully a few favourable battles will see several paragraphs of updates in the days to come 🙂.

The media-savvy amongst us may have noted your Ministries have set up with alarming alacrity, opening up the governments to anyone who has the time to help has obviously paid dividends for the amount of work we’ve got through. Hopefully we can soldier on through the month with no obvious holes on the front - an impressive amount to list for today:-
