[Apollo4PP] One More Month!

A lot has happened in my first term. Some of it was definitely not how I expected things. It was of course my first time as Party President. I was subjected to a lot of tests as a first time Party President, and I can honestly say I overcame them very well. I accomplished a few of my goals such as increasing the activity of the forums. My cabinet also taught a few new members job positions to prepare for future Fed Leadership roles. The Job Fair seems to be a success under the management of BamaBettie (who is rocking the Fun position right now) and IRC is becoming very active for most times of the day. Fed Leadership has also been hosting group skype calls most afternoons for anyone who wants entertainment and to join the general lulz.

I feel everything has gone quite well, and I would like the opportunity to continue the course the Feds are on as the July Party President.



This term mostly became damage control as I am sure most past Party Presidents can attest. With many of our actual congressman being kicked off the ballot it became my job to straighten things out. I had to cut and paste the congress list to make sure no threats came to the nation. It was because of this an individual who was not properly trained in being a congress member was censured, and also the reason we had such a small amount of congressman (in comparison to the previous month). In order to protect the nation we actively worked to lower our vote totals because most of our list was lost so we had few vetted candidates to run for congress. However, everything came out well and no harm was done. We ended up with 14 seats and so far all is well in Congress.



We did however, pass the tax cut through the previous congress members (with other party support of course). This lowered the work tax from 10% to 8% which is what the Feds have been working to for some time. It was the work of all the congressmen involved and is not just the doing of myself. It was the power of the Fed community that this was able to pass. My cabinet is also getting into full motion of their positions. Fun/Retention is geared up with all new competitions and general fun all around. Recruitment is knocking the dust off after the Directors hiatus and is in full swing. All around, things can only get better from here.
