本国和联盟交涉后，为了维持联盟的利益决定将二地 （亞茲德和法爾斯）还予伊朗。

计划蓝图


起义（亞茲德和法爾斯）将会和我们开启天敌战争同时开。在开启天敌战争之前，所有的伊朗起义并视为镇压。到时，有意投币的， 请你们随意。

同时也恳请大家到时候在（亞茲德和法爾斯）起义战场不要为EC方输出。也呼吁各军团切勿把军任设在伊朗场（亞茲德和法爾斯）。

也就是说，当你看到天敌战场开启后：
天敌战场（打）

起义
亞茲德（无视）
法爾斯（无视）
其他战场 （镇压）

Greetings to all,

After much deliberation between all related parties (EDEN, China and Iran), for the best interest of the alliance, China is going to return 2 more regions (Yazd and Fars) back to Iran.

Work Plan:
China would return both regions at a certain time, so if you are aiming for a RW medal please refer to our Ministry of Defense military order for further notice.

Any RW before the assigned time will be viewed as an illegal RW and thus you could probably not get the 5G and medal.
