Work Tax : Who Gains -- Who Looses?

Who Looses?
Verdict: Poor folks, New folks.

Before I get blamed for negatively receiving a change without reason, here is a real look of what just happened to all new players and joiners. The example is from ePakistan - It is more or less the same in every country.

Tax Rate% : 10%
WAM tax deducted today : 1.17 cc

A new player get 1 Q1 Food, 3 Farms and 1 Iron Mine. So what happened when he worked today.

So the new guys get taxed at 110% where is the rich guy is 7% or thereabouts depending on the configuration of his factories.

In simple words, it is useless to work for yourself under current tax rates for new people or those with lower Q's

Who Gains
Verdict : Political controllers, Big investors.

How: Since lower level raw production and food production has become unfeasible, there might be a short term rise in raw price. This would obviously benefit those who are already producing. Q7 prices already jumped 10% after the change. This again benefits the big investors and makes Q7 unaffordable for new guys.

A Short Term Solution
A short term solution, as suggested by various other analysts, is to drop down the income tax rate. Bearing in mind that countries would now have to use there tax options to try to fix the game mechanics only speaks for itself.

Long Term Solution
eRep team should really think through there changes a bit more. This change seems to have been given absolutely no thought at all. I advocate bringing back multi currency system and giving back monetary control to country heads. This will do much more for economy then a senseless flat rate tax.

WHAT THE EREP DEVELOPMENT TEAM NEEDS TO ANSWER
1. Who's idea was this?
2. Did they consider the impact of this change on new/small players?
3. If so then how do they suggest that a new player produces food for hims self?
4. Why do they insist on bringing in absurd changes while ignoring the dozens of brilliant ideas floated by players?
5. Do they realize that making survival difficult for smaller players will ultimately mean a death of the game?

Why do I Care
I am more or less 2 clicking these days. Not even bothered to go after the current missions. I have Rubber plantations and Q7/Q6 factories. I don't stand on the loosing end of this change (at least directly) - However, I have invested 2 years of my time on this account and the account holds a real/monetary value for me. Every time I see a change destroying the game, I see my account loosing real value.
