Join the new world

It's that time again, the monthly tradition of telling you all who I want to help me lead the country next month if I'm elected. There are a lot of old faces here. A lot of staleness resides in my cabinet. The "elite ones" who stand to run our country are among them. 

I don't want it to be this way. It's not my goal to have the same people sit here and hold the imaginary positions that run a country. It's what I see as a necessity. These few are the people who are willing. 

I have been MoD-CP-CP-VP for the past 4 months, and within that time frame, very few people have reached out to me or anyone else that I know of asking for something to do with the government. 

     The government needs new blood. We are big enough in the world to have some new blood every now and then. But it is still tough with the state of the game to find people willing to waste as much time as I and most of my cabinet have.

We are all losers when it comes to eRepublik. We have all been party presidents, country presidents, ministers of defense, and so on. All for a game that takes years to get good at, and new players are absolutely crushed when they find out a good D4 account has to have 300,000 strength for it to be good.

My point is that we need losers. I want a fresh cabinet. I want to train and teach you all how to occupy the positions that a country needs to run correctly. Come to me with your interests and I'll find you somewhere to fit in.

With that being said, id like to present you all with my official lineup for tomorrow's election: 

Vice President Patanok:

Pat was CP for this month, and though I know some of you have negative opinions of him, I don't. I knew Pat a long time ago and I too had a negative view of Pat. I had heard a lot of things about him. Many or most of them being negative things, I never really got to know him. Now, I think it's safe to say I do know him, at least as much as I can through a browser game. Knowing him as I do, I now consider him a friend. 

A friend who is honest with me, who when I was a new CP, helped me learn the mechanics of the game without judgement, and a friend who I just enjoy talking to. It's difficult to meet people like this on erep, but he grew on me over time. He is now, to me, a necessary part of any cab or national team i create. 

Outside of this, he is also an experienced and capable player and will continue to benefit the country greatly as long as he's around. He has the knowledge of the game needed and is just as much of a loser as I am. That helps this country run. 

CoS Team Melissa Rose and Paul Proteus:

What does a CoS do nowadays? Honestly, not a whole lot anymore. They hang around, make good conversation, and yell at people when they need to. For this, I can't think of anyone better than Mel. She likes to yell at everyone. She's also a mom, so when she drinks her wine, she makes good conversation as well. She is the wine mom of my crew. She is here to do whatever it is that a Chief of Staff is supposed to do. 

Paul is on my team because he's Paul and I expect him to work if I'm CP or Party President. He might also write some articles for me if he has the time. Mel is also good at making Paul Work so thats a bonus. 

MoD Thee Dude: 

vMoD Harvey Spector:

Thee Dude is the elite MoD. If you need someone to be MoD, he's the perfect choice. An MoD helps with internal damage organization, and I will be asking Dude and Harvey to brainstorm ideas to get our damage more organized than it is. I asked Dude to be my MoD and Harvey to be my vMoD because Harvey desired to learn game mechanics like I did. I will be asking Dude to help with Harvey's learning path with game mechanics as well. 

MoFa Vootsman:

This is the most elite choice in my cab. Voots will be around even if I don't name him in my cab as he's the SG of Asteria, so I might as well include him. Foreign policy is difficult, and Voots has a memory and experience with almost every country on the planet, so his knowledge and willingness to be a foreign affairs loser like me is invaluable.

Media Directors Pfenix Quinn and MaryamQ:

PQ and Mary were part of my first two terms as CP. They enjoy writing articles, and I enjoy reading them. PQ and Mary have a writing talent that I wish to exploit as long as they are interested. They will be tasked with conveying what the inside looks like to everyone on the outside. The den of the elite will be shown to you all through the truth of PQ and Mary. 

Interior director King Taco:

Interior helper Tito Magnus:

King Taco is a new addition to my Cab compared to the last few terms. Taco has a mind for interior and he will be a great addition to the team. Tito is a new player, and he seems ecstatic about handing out free things to you all for me, so I'm happy to force him to do that as well. Both of these players are fresh minds in my cab. I can count on them for new ideas and fresh takes on things. 



And that's all I have for you. I did my best to juggle the new and the old in my cab. I tried my best to include new faces, move old ones around, and give new things for the old ones to do.

I need you, the losers of eRepublik who wish to squander their time working for a fake president who wants to take the load off of himself. We need fresh ideas, fresh faces, and new people.
