Vote Venja in WA

Day 824, 04:54 Published in Australia Australia by venja

To the all of the citizens of Western Australia – I am running for relection to the Senate on the 25th and I would like to ask for your support.

I have played eRep for just over a year and have gained experienced in battle, business and government. I am ranked General and have fought in many wars for eAustralia and her allies, including the freeing of WA from the Indo and Brazilian invaders. I currently operate 4 succesful businesses as part of the VNJ Corporation and despite the recent downturn business is holding up OK. A month ago I ran successfully for the Senate in WA, breaking new ground in the newly freed WA electorate. This term in Senate has been very succesful, with some good reforms implemented and more to come.

In WA I supported the new hospital which has been a boon for population growth and has been instrumental in the huge growth in senate voting as well. WA is second only to NSW in active players.

Just as in rl WA is booming from mining – in eRep its diamonds and they are the lifeblood of the whole eAustralia.

I also supported the installation of a new Defense System and promoted the scheme by offering Free moving tickets to all my employees to resettle in WA. Fifteen took up the offer and a few also moved using their own funds. Great work.

In the election I am ably supported by the Australian National Party (ANP). The ANP stand for
a strong sense of freedom for both citizens and companies, a minimalist government sector, a strong military, a vibrant economy and most of all - good common sense. To check out the ANP platform, click ANP Policies.

Here are the key ideas that I offer for the issues at hand

Foreign Affairs

Maintain our key EDEN alliance and manage our MPP's carefully for most effective use. I would also like to restart an ambassadorial program which got canned by this government.

Defence

Ensure ongoing training for as wide a base of our population as is practical. Maintain healthy stockpiles of gold and weapons.

Economy

The main issue is our poor international competitiveness and we need to reduce import taxes as soon as possible. We need to encourage more international trade and open up our industries to competition to make them stronger and give cheaper goods to our citizens. I am currently very active in the senate on this already and I would hope by next term our economy is again growing and getting stronger.

I also want to ensure we dont have the debacle that we did this month with the government late with the budget, clearly spending way beyond what we can afford and possibly using up all of our gold reserves. As part of this we need to review spending in all areas and rationalise government owned companies. We need more of a long term view to protect our assets.

Social

Undoubtedly we need to encourage new players to join in eAustralia. Just as important and often overlooked are immigration and player retention which have probably more potential than the popular baby boom concept. Government need more resources applied to this area.

If elected to the Senate, I will aim to be active, to represent West Australians and most important, to make a positive contribution to this great nation. I stand on my record so far which is all of this.

On the the 25th February vote for Venja In WA and the Australian National Party – a vote for common sense.
