Voragomentis initial policies are:
- 50% Dividends payment each time 0.001 gold can be payed per share (this way payment rate will increase as time passes by).
- 45% Reinvestment.
- 5% Security and Value Funds.


What are Security and Value Funds
As Voragomentis main function is investing in ERX, these Funds are used to increase the Corporation Gold value in this market and are preserved at the Organizations eRepublik account for future auditions. The Funds are also used as Security Funds in case the Corporation stops its activity and these Funds will increase till they reach at least 80% of the value of the Corporation in ERX shares market (80% of Voragomentis share prize multiplied by total Voragomentis shares). This way, the Corporation will buy all its shares to the shareholders at at least 80% of the share prize in that moment.
