The offer is on, which means only one thing, time to get a government loan and upgrade your ass.

One small, ahem, hiccup. We only got hold of the vault keys today so we can only manage 10g loans as that is the most we can transfer in a day.

So if you are 10g or less away from upgrading one of you training grounds please do get in touch with me, as I am supposedly your Minister of Finance for the upcoming month!

Yup, the 10g limit is a bit retarded. This kind of loans can only be done weeks before the actual discount, by these new rules.

To get more gold in one day factories could be sold to a friend (with same citizenship) and be bought back when you have enough gold again. This has helped me a few times to profit from offers.
