The Jawan had gone to sleep early that day, had a few major assignments to complete the following morning.
The curtains were drawn- the night was chilly so he threw on a blanket and waited for sleep to come. Everything was perfect, his country's region was consolidated by his regiment amongst other brave warriors of the IAF- the war was almost over- key agreements and diplomatic meetings had already taken place- a battle strategy was in place. He slept soundly knowing that his country and her people were safe.

In the bang middle of the night he was woken up by a loud noise- a cacophony of sorts- next thing he knew he was being huddled on into a group along with a couple of other sleepy-eyed Jawans. Over the P.A we could hear instructions on ongoing current Domination stats- Our Commander was giving us explicit instructions on the importance of holding the Bar down- the training grid was being prepared- weapons were being loaded- rockets were being produced- bazookas were being mounted-EBs were stacked in the corners- Bombs were being readied for detonation- D2 regiment was now completely awake!!

Confused Jawans asked the Commander how could this be true? In the middle of the night? aren't they sleeping?


It was over before we knew it. The Jawans weren't even ready.


The Majors and Generals of the country woke up to an occupied nation- the resources had been taken- regions had been conquered- citizens were looted- a tragedy of the highest order-It was proclaimed.

This tactic was effectively used by Canada/Russia to capture much powerful countries in an overnight colonization. The Time Zone Advantage changes the way alliances see other nations. MPP's and NAP's are signed such that other nations with equal political motivations as well as military strength can help each other in their own Time Zones. Alliances are formed such that each member can protect one another no matter what the time zone.

The advantage of sneaking in on an opponent at night is that since the attacked nation is under prepared, one can win against a much powerful foe- One must be ready to be alert and know the exact timing of allies to better coordinate the coup.


Winning BattleHero's become easier if one knows where most users are asleep in RL- since they aren't available its easier to go for that BH- less competition.
Also being able to properly judge the time enables one to plan coups and war strategies.

The key to survive in this world is to sign key MPP's - this is where diplomacy and ties come in- having Military Protection at all times is essential. The key advantage this gives it is that it allows Citizens to fight for Allies WITHOUT traveling there! One can be present in one's own country and still fight for the ally country- this is where one can override the Time Zone Advantage.







Another indispensable tool is the CO (Combat Order) which is fighting for a MU in exchange of money- rates are generally set my the MU Commander. If rates are attractive enough, active citizens can fight for your side and turn the war in your favour!
