Whenever the Admins offer power Spin , I get a notification every 20 mins that

A GRAND JACKPOT HAS BEEN WON!

I tried it once when I joined and spent around 17 Gold on it wasted all and I won

2 Bazooka's and when I won the jackpot it gave me 100% damage booster.
How can some1 spend so much gold that it offers 500 Gold ?

during that HUGE snowmen competition i spent 400+ gold trying to get 100% bonus. Question is did i got it?
