The Supreme Court of eCanada - new activity

Four players have been masked on the forum, as Justices of the Supreme Court: Petz, olivermellors, Plugson and SpockPQ. The Court has begun a new case to determine if it exists as a constitutionally recognized court. The forum thread is here:

Canadian citizens are invited to provide submissions on the legal issues to be considered. Submissions should be submitted within 48 hours, though the Court will consider requests for extension of time. The President, Speaker, the forum admins and Rigour6 have been specifically invited to make submissions.
A second case has also been initiated, by CSIS against a player who was formerly a member of that organization. This matter will proceed to trial beginning Saturday. The thread is found here:

I didn't know their was a court; seems very difficult to institute into this game in my eyes. However there seems to be a good team running it, I wish you all well, and that it will work.

This is pretty deep.
Court is a joke, It pick and chooses the cases it thinks it can win
Issue: laws concerning thieves and process to prove guilt. Something the court can't seem to do, making it useless in terms on what they've done in past experiences.
