Serbia / France. The Rubber and Limestone Agreement

France, as the country having on his territories Rubber and Limestone bonuses, and Serbia as an ally and friendly Nation towards France, are signing together the following Agreement.

The Rubber and Limestone Agreement purpose, is to state that Serbia will keep the control over some south regions of France and connect Aquitaine (the Rubber region) and Burgundy (the Limestone region) to the capital of Serbia and by that action obtain and keep advantage of the Rubber and Limestone Bonus.

Taking into consideration the RW risks linked to the Determination Bonus rule, a regular “determination reset” period will be scheduled each coming months, making easier to control the regions and in a manner that will avoid losing common MPP’s.

-- Starting Point --

1. Serbia will keep all the actual south regions under control : Corsica, Provence Alpes Azur, Languedoc Roussillon, MidiPyrenées, Rhone Alps, Franche-comte, Aquitaine and Burgundy.

2. Asteria countries will all sign their French MPP on the same day.

-- Regular activity --

3. France will NOT launch any NE law against Serbia, unless this action results from a common agreement for tactical reasons. France will also NOT open any unagreed RW on french/serbian regions(1.).

4. If RW’s are opened anyway in French/Serbian regions, battles will be closely monitored to avoid the loss of serbian control. France will help Serbia to keep control over those regions by ignoring the battle if no particular opposition is noticed from the enemy, or by Fighting directly on Serbia’s side !

5. Serbia will make sure France have congress every month by releasing a region in case that the north of France is completely occupied by the enemy(or other country)..

-- Collected Taxes --

As a healthy economic measure between the allies countries, Serbia will return to France the 100% Taxes collected from the used regions on the “Rubber and Limestone Bonus Road”.
