The B is running for congress!
I joined the BEP when I first came to eRepublik and have always agreed with what they have to say. I believe their approach to eRepublik is the best for fun and for the eUK. Despite heavy criticism and a PTO the BEP still lives on and I think that shows, along with our recent disappearance, how dedicated we are.
The BEP is devoted to representing those who are not the forum elite, who run a monopoly over the eUK government.
I ran in Northern Ireland two months ago and only just lost out by a vote. I hope to have better luck here!
The Economy
Raise the current citizenship fee
I only want to raise it by £1, but I believe that very few ‘newbs’ who do not have much money will move here. People who move country tend to be more experienced so obviously have more money.
Tax spending, not work
A rise in VAT will mean the government will gain more money from products. This does not have to be by much, and anyone who needs free weapons can join the army. Gifts can be attained from the gifting hub as well.
This taxes what people spend, not how much people work.
War and defence
Road to recovery
The eUK is now recovering from war. Any direct wars are pointless as they will wreck us and send us into greater trouble. The population can get training and XP from the current wars in Slovenia and Russia. Therefore I will not support any direct wars at the moment.
Hospitals and Defence Systems
Many citizens have been asking for hospitals and defence systems in their region. But, with the point I made above, we are still recovering from war. With V2 on it's way, we are not entirely certain what hospitals and defence systems will be like. Therefore I will consider building one after V2 comes out.
Other stuff
If elected I will fight for an investigation into how your taxes are used for ‘tanking missions’. I would like to find out who benefits from them and if the money could be better spent.
V2. It’s the word on everyone’s lips at the moment and once it does finally appear, there are going to be some confused people, especially two - clickers. I will help anyone who needs it and help with the ‘education’ of Wales.

After V2 I will support Wales in a push to get a bigger population. I will also advertise the Welsh Forums, which seem to be in decline. This will help in my 'education' of Wales. Anyone who wishes to PM me with questions will get a reply.
All in all:
I will NEVER vote for my personal gain. I will always do what is best for the eUK, which some of the people in congress do not seem to understand.
I will value suggestions from anybody and will not instantly disregard them (political elite again!).
I do not believe in valuing one region more than another. No matter how little people there might be, I will never put one region first.
I will do what I can to benefit Northern Ireland and the eUK. Even if I am the only person voting yes or no I shall vote for the best option (political elite...).
So why not vote The B? A new face who values every citizen.

I could mention many things, but I'll politely ask that you drop this tanking thing. You don't need to ask for an investigation, you can check the Bank of England logs to see all our tanking spending; it is tiny; hardly ever done.
