The ARP-ALF split leaves many questions

Dear players in both parties
I've been busy of late doing .. well you know .. so I haven't had time to pay the usual attention to what's been going on in the parties. TBH I didn't particularly want to as being Prime Minister in a way is like President of all parties under one sky - that's the way I see it anyway.
But given that I am a member of one of the affected parties, I am wondering what's going on. We don't have "one hub" now as people are splitting up otherwise I would have taken it there, so I'll ask openly: what is to become of the ARP?
I see it going on better than ever and would have, but .. ehh there's no nice way to say it .. our new e and RL Slovenian Party President-in-waiting Fidel is a dark horse. If it were the Green and Gold or the APP I wouldn't have thought twice about it. He's a nice guy at face value, but as of yet speaking solely as a member I don't know anything about him.

Sure this is where one goes Oh but I'm this .. and that.. but that's irrelevant. There is no history or record of Aus service. The one and only time someone came to eAustralia on such a rapid rise was Lancer .. but at least he was from a friendly e-nation (at the time) and it was comfortable.
True, eSlovenia are allies now .. but still (you know what I'm saying? )
Look I'm only saying I'm concerned and given the ARP is the #1 party it's not a small concern. It carries a big punch and I for one don't want to see our track record fked up. These errors aren't realised by the obvious - they're made in the unknown - and I don't have a fking clue what to make of it.
I realise Flatty is on a personal mission off in the garden and kudos to him. The ALF sounds fun but it also reads like a missile with the guidance system taken off and could blow any which way but at least it's active for now.. the KHMC are still floating aimlessly.. the APP are safe under Venja by the looks of it.. ANP will return in the next Bond film.. GGP should have been put out of its misery months ago.. Reform keeps the faith in an otherwise desolate landscape.

What do I do here? What I'd really like is to be at a point in time to help me: 4 days out from the next Prime Ministerial election to know which way it's going to go - but here today to plan ahead. eRep doesn't give transitional grace to make effective plans and the ship of state sails on..
IDK /sigh I was gonna say I wish for the old days when things like this were clear. Then again, I battled every moment for 3 years to break through the favourites and the mediocrity.. the good days weren't really.

I've known Fidel in this game for a long time and we've spoken many times...to be honest I think he is a top guy and I have no doubt he will do a great job at ARP. He came to eAus for personal reasons (same as myself) and was behind the recent calls for an eAys Skype room.

To be fair he asked me to publish an article promoting the room when he first came, but real life was hectic and I had to do a JDS article and then I forgot all about it...I have no defence for that.

Honestly I didn't see it as a split as such. I will always love the ARP, they welcomed me warmly and let me put some congress medals on my profile 🙂 if they ever need my help it will always be on offer.
But was excited to have the chance to be in a party from the start and being able to voice my input for its aims and direction etc from such a young time its life.
Also its military based or aimed whatever, and I am here to be a soldier so that seemed very much my style.
Another major influence for my move was my MU becoming linked to it, and having the same leader. I will always be WAR Crew in my heart and am fanatically loyal to that, no matter if the name changes, leader changes, everything evolves.. This will always be my MU far as I care 🙂
PS: "The ALF sounds fun but it also reads like a missile with the guidance system taken off and could blow any which way" yeah kinda agree but in reply to this here is an expert from a random wiki page "When the weapon is launched, it may not be able to control the direction it points until the motor fires and it reaches a high enough speed for its fins to control its direction of travel. Until then, the gimballed seeker needs to be able to track the target independently"

While it may only sound like KHMC v2.0 to you, only time will tell if it ends up a cheap copy, or something more in its own right and quoting you here, "...the KHMC are still floating aimlessly..."
Just saying parties are parties but military parties are the most unstable by nature - every Simba just can't wait til be king.
I ll be brief...Whatever arguments you guys have here political or pesonal..doesnt concern me. I am here to start a new elife making a good name for me and ARP party, So whatever disagreements you guys have don t envolve me cos i know nothing about it. I am a fair guy and i am here for the good of the community

I sincerely wish you good luck Fidel but I don't know you and your meteoric rise here out of no where to become PP of Australia's largest party is not typical behaviour for our political process. Candidates on that level are vetted until the cows come home and you snuck in unawares. My concerns aren't unreasonable as it matches the typical pattern of PTOers.
