Thank you to all of you that voted for me, we knew it would be a tough battle and it appears we are going to come up short. All of you hard work and your votes were not wasted, we learned where we stand and how much better we must become.

I would like to congratulate Goalie on a well run campaign and I hope him the best as we fight back from our present occupation, I will be available to help him in any capacity he sees fit, if not I will continue to do what I can to make the U.S. a better country to live and work in.

I have learned a great deal in my first national race and will work in the future to run a more effective campaign. I was proud of how the candidates ran a clean issue oriented campaign and I thought the quality of the candidates was outstanding. I continue to believe our country’s future is bright.

I would echo what SGTRock just said.

Leroy is, and always have been, a class act. In my recollection, Leroy Combs has always been there, leading the charge for the US and our allies in good times and bad. Underneath the bluster it was always clear that a careful strategic mind, attuned to international diplomacy and game mechanics, was guiding his actions.

I responded to both of the entreaties for my vote for POTUS that I received.

Leroy was the one who actually wrote back to me, even though I am only a common grunt.

While I am personally disappointed in the outcome, I bear no animus against the winner. I am pleased that Leroy will remain a stalwart defender of the United States.

Leroy, you've consistently gone above and beyond for the eUS. I supported Goalie this term and it was actually a tough decision for the first time in a long time. I hope to see you run again in the next race (or upcoming months as your personal time permits).
