This is my understanding of the Geezus initiatives, as I've come to call them. By offering an incentive which allows me to make a profit, I'm willing to sell as long as I can afford it.

So you are saying this:
PIC 1:
Gov -6.1￥ for buying 1 weapon? which they give to Geezus?
PIC 2:
Gov still has -6.1￥
Geezus puts it on market for 8.1￥
PIC 3:
You buy 1 weapon from Geezus who makes 2￥ profit and Government makes 2￥ as well?
how does this work?
Geezus has no money but 1 weapon, you buy it, he gets 6.1￥ and GOV gets 2￥

I just saw a mistake, in the post above,
should be:

and Geezus still has to pay government back 6.1 which Gov use to buy a weapon to begin with

Gov now gives you 2￥ because if you sell this weapon at 8.1￥ you lose 2￥
Gov now has gone back to having 0. and where is the profit in this?
When you do sell your weapon for 8.1￥ government will make another 2￥
But they will use this to pay you for participating, and to pay geezus for his work.
Profit less then 2￥
and if they simply bought it for 6.1￥ and sold it direct for 8.1￥ they would have 2￥ exactly profit
All I am trying to point out is that while people can make money through profits in market trades funded by government, and seriously I think it's a really good idea to boost people's incomes.
I despise people saying that money made is through VAT, when it's not.
It's a simple buy cheap sell expensive profit. because government does not need to factor in VAT as the Government alone is the only 'system' who does not pay VAT
Easiest way to picture this, "Geezus and the government are the same entity".
A. Government buys 30k Argentinian Q2 weapons for 6.79 JPY/unit, they are then resold to citizens for 8.1 JPY/unit, yielding a net profit of 39300 JPY.
B. Citizens sell weapons for 8.1 JPY/unit, yielding a VAT profit of 48600 JPY for the government. Total net profit is now 87900.
C. Citizens are reimbursed 60k JPY and Geezus 3k JPY for acting as a liason, yielding 24600 JPY.
That's about it.
Furthermore, the high VAT is necessary for that price difference between Japan and Argentina, the bot will not buy weapons for 8.1JPY without that high VAT, it's just game mechanics.
fine fine fine, I am not disputing that VAT keeps the price of goods on the market high.
I am disputing that none here understands that GOVERNMENT IS EXEMPT FROM PAYING VAT!
since any VAT government would pay out would be swiftly put back into the government's treasury. go ask your parents if you don't believe me.

I've been well aware from the beginning Shizuma, that's how it all works; Geezus never gave a good explanation in regards to that. On that note, something else comes to mind in regards to that as well. The program can probably be streamlined due to what you just mentioned; I sent you a PM; talk to me on IRC please.
