Today the first think i saw in eRep was that Albanians are trying to do PTO in eIrland.

As one of the opposing candidates I can point out some noob mistakes in Nyx's theory.

1. Faik Konica has no political activity.
2. Its the duty of our current congress to check citizen application. Indeed if lots of Albanians where applying . We would have noticed it. Secondly if a lot did join they would have formed themselves in a party to reach congress to get more Albanian players in and Faik would be party president of that party.
3. Faik will only be able to reach congress at the end of the next Cp term and will then be able to pass 1 citizen.

A multi has already been passed twice by congress Danuber and Don Croata is the same person.
