These Senators are slack. Please PM them with the message to get their butts onto the forum and do what they were elected to do, everyone. Thanks 🙂
does anyone else we should boycott the aggressiveness of the ausrepulbik forums? they don't want to build a better eAustralia they just want to attack people for not fitting into the mold.
We should boycott the way this country is run? And what do you propose as a replacement then Paul?
hardly. I'd just like it to be civil. bunch of old schooler telling everyone how it must be DONE. not accepting anything different.
Well if the system works. But I do agree that some of the oldies can be a little rude on occasion towards newer players with different views.
Now i can report back to kitty and do something other than making Tim happy
LOL Blaming the oldies once again! 😛
Yes well they blame the youngins don't they scotty?
Thanks so much for pointing this out, Binda. These are facts that our citizens need to know!
Personally, I'm very grateful to members of the "old guard." They work incredibly hard and have offered me great guidance and kindness since I came to eAus.
Yes, the older players have been good to me too, Dycey.
I do think the party leaders should take a hand with any new Senators of their party and help show them the ropes so to speak. A PM to explain how things are done to run smoothly can be very helpful if the Senator or party member who is running for Senate is unaware of things. I'm lucky that my party have been very helpful with me in getting to know how things work.
This term I have been lucky as my senators in ANP have served before, but still I have an ANP member in place to make sure my senators or prospective senators know what to do. None of them are afraid to voice their opinion, and none of them will be muted.
The system has been in place for a long time, and as a PP it should be our duty to make sure that prospective senators are made aware of their responsibilities, that a term lasts 30 days, and that its an honor to serve the country and take the 5 gold as payment for the job(some donate it). Remember if you don't voice your opinions, it will not get heard. If you have no opinion, why did you stand!
lol.
Way to be objective Paul Hamon.
what can i say, i'm a happy person by nature. all i can do is laugh, so many attacks on my character and none of these people know me. i can only laugh.
i feel what you mean Paul
I agree with Paul, I believe some of the older members are abit grumpy some of the time 🙂
some of the oldies can be grumpy but i respect them because they have helped be
were grumpy cos you guys wont get off our lawn...
oh and good article binda 😃
All Senators have been PM'd to read this article. Hopefully, if they aren't just 2 clickers they will read and go sign the Protocol.
LOL patti. As a member of the "new guard" (or is that new new guard, i cant remember anymore 😛) i personally take pleasure in staying on your lawn, coz it annoys you 😛
(btw, are you still old and senile?)
Clearly, this article is anti-PaPP and anti-"new world"! It is downright SLANDEROUS to point out these facts!!!
You people just don't get it - things like "policy" as it pertains to a political party have no meaning in the new world. There is only room for two parties - one that helps people, and all the others that are filled with old guard players who have never done anything to help anyone.
And let's boycott the forums! The forum is nothing but evil vultures waiting to beat down any new ideas, like breaking rules to recruit party members. In the NEW WORLD, there is no need for character traits like "responsibility" or "remorse" - if you do something wrong, it is everyone else's fault for not telling you not to do it. And NO ONE should hold that against you as long as you say "sorry".
😁😁😁😁😁^
Sarcasm
I'm going to be blunt, I'm not gonna sign it.
I signed it last month, and attempted to contribute, but I didn't really get anywhere. And this month, I've decided to leave the country in a few days. So I don't really see the point of going to the forums anymore if I have maybe three days left as congressman.
Keegan Knoll - no offense, but if you only intended to stay in the country for half the term, why did you even bother running?
You are elected for the WHOLE term, after all.
Its really just a slap in the face for your voters if you dont stay 🙁
(and the same for everyone who leaves mid-term 😛)
