Response to Mr Woldy
Cpl Useless
The friendship between our two countries runs deep. Things in the eWorld may change and the friendship may become strained at times, but it should never become hostile.
Despite the MPP with the U.S. we are still a neutral country, although the ties to EDEN are unmistakeable with the action. The eWorld has brought us to this point, and it isn't the first time we have allied with the U.S. Our friendship with them runs just as deep as with you Brits.
With all that said, I believe it is time for a change here on our eIsle. We have an opportunity to make our eIsle whole. I believe we should do what we can to take the opportunity.
Northern Ireland is and without Admin change, will always be eUK origional territory. It is also bearing of the name Ireland and on our eIsle. There is an obvious reason the Admins made it this way.
Norway now holds N.I. and I believe we should take it from them, in as friendly a manor as possible. Our media has recently had complaints about the cost of the MPP being a waste. We now have the protection of the U.S. to take some actions that have a threat against our eIsle which may come from taking N.I. thus squashing the complaints about Gold waste.
Our friendship can bring us to the table again once you get your mess situated. Even if there is a little rivalry while at the table. Right? 😉
I may not be in the majority here in eIreland, but I know I'm not the only one that thinks this way. Hopefully no cheeks will be puckered on your eIsle if we do take possession of N.I.
And if there are, I have a cup for them.
Cheers eUK! The eUS came back from 1 territory, can you?

who are you?
Dylanb, maybe you should keep up. With all you useless trolling you should have saw this article: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/why-i-am-in-eireland--1188043/1/20" target="_blank">http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/why-[..]/1/20
He is a higher level then you Dylan
and I agree with Cpl. Useless. I think we should either attack or make a deal with Norway to get N.I. As countries we are basically the same size and without their MPPs I think we could push them back
Norway's Alliance with the USA expires in 4 days , we grab it then perhaps.
*He is a higher level than you Dylan*
And? that doesn't mean hes actually active or does anything, oh and public accusation without proof 🙂
I have higher strength than him I suppose that makes me better
sounds like a good plan. 4 days to get it through the Dail....
😃
who are u ?
When you said you may not be in the majority, I think you are. Most people want this now.
4 days and then we attack Norway 😃
I believe you are in the majority
I think it should be pointed out we can attack the north without it affecting the MPP. It is not norway's original territory so MPPs remain dormant. Its all good to go, just a matter of negotiating and organising
Best of luck to the e-uk, they have helped us in the past, we have helped them also, this has nothing to do with them now.
Stefanos, if we declared war on Norway, the USA MPP would be made void. Norways current MPP with the USA is holding up a War Decleration.
lol, it's like watching a car accident in slow motion.
Its not an original territory so an MPP wouldnt be activated . Come on guys 🙂
Ah yes it is an odd new world.
o/
We don't have to wait 4 days, Norway will most likely renew with the US anyway. MPPs will not be activated as Norway holds NI but it is not thier sovereign territory.
We need to start feeling out Norway on how they will react when we take Northern Ireland from them. I feel this is the only thing that should be holding us back from moving immediatly.
@PP How about a cup?
You and Dylanb make a cute couple. Who wears the skirts? And I thought you were all about taking NI from the Brits?
Attack the Vikings!
Northern Ireland wouldn't last seven days under the Irish flag. It is a monumental... MONUMENTAL waste of government funds and taxpayer money.
Why wouldn't it last under the eIrish flag? The eUK is still hurt from trying to recover lost ground and, let's face it, it's not a very valuable region. Why would they waste resoures to take it back?
No risk brings no reward. eIreland has proven this for how long now?
Whatever justification the eBritish had in keeping eNI, since we are letting real life bleed through here, they'd never work up sufficient justification to take it again.
At least here in the New World. God knows what would happen in real life.
EDIT: Also, I think the eBrits are nice. They'll let us have a united island. Just like theirs is.
They'll stay on their Island and we'll stay on ours.
Then we can throw stuff across the Irish Sea. Hopefully not too much lands on the Isle of Man though.
I disagree Longbaugh. Can we hold it forever? No, but the way things are looking right now for the Brits, Northern Ireland in the hands of one of their friends would be a good thing. I have a feeling they will want it back at some point, but that can be figured out at a later date.

Trust me - we will.
Robin Locksley:
"Whatever justification the eBritish had in keeping eNI"
The same justification we had in keeping eEngland, eScotland and eWales.
Cpl Useless - I like the way you think! 🙂
The relevant Minister/ess should get in contact with the Norwegian counterpart and put out some feelers - negotiating an agreement with them is more favourable if the fight can be avoided (art of war) but either way I want NI !
"Trust me - we will."
You seem to imply that the resources will be wasted. Nice morale booster to those eNI, huh?
"The same justification we had in keeping eEngland, eScotland and eWales."
I agree, to be clear, when I sai😛
"Whatever justification the eBritish had in keeping eNI"
That meant that the eBritish had ample justification for keeping eNI.
But since you're arguing with real life, thus letting it bleed through to eRepublik, that justification will be null next to eIreland's reason's for keeping eNI should we come into its possession.
You were adequately justified in keeping it. But you have only a very weak casus belli to take it back.
eIreland would not stand for losing eNI again. And this is all the result of real life sentiment.
If you have stuck to the argument that eNI is a home territory of the eUK, you might have been able to garnish just support for taking it from the eIrish.
You've doomed a eBritish eNI with your previous article.
