NAP Between eSweden and eLithuania

Terms of treaty:

1. Both countries keep their original territories;

2. Natural Enemy or Declare war laws should not be released toward each other. If Natural Enemy or Declare War laws are started by either party they must be rejected.

3. The agreement is valid until 15th day of the next month (15/5-14). Both countries can prolong it or discuss and change conditions of the agreement. Negotiations should start at least two days before the NAP expires. If decision of renewing war is made by both or one of the countries, this decision should be declared officially, informing the Third party and both Observers. In this case war can not be started earlier than 5 days after all parties are informed.

4. As a guarantee that eLithuania and eSweden will keep this agreement a deposit of 100 000 CC from each country is transferred to the third party.
4.1 In the case this NAP is broken, country which does so, looses the deposit and the other one gets the totall sum of 200 000 CC.
4.2 If eSweden and eLithuania decide to continue the war, both countries get their deposits back.
4.3 If one of the countries decides not to continue this treaty, both countries get their deposits back.

5.The third Party of the treaty is eCroatia. Money will be kept in the organization “Hrvatska narodna banka” http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/1244365 as long as eCroatia is the Third party;

6.The Observers of this agreement are ePoland and eRussia..
