RE: How Not To Run A Forum

Day 2,625, 11:11 Published in Ireland Ireland by MR. HANK SCORPIO

Please consider this the official Labour Party response to "How To Not Run A Forum".

De-facto leader of the ILP Winston Hope Smith has recently accused the Government of censoring the national forum and his beloved ILP party.

Most citizen's reaction to learning we actually have a national forum

WHS The ILP feel that Colin Fox's 48 hour ban is unjust as the term he used to describe most eIrish players "Cappy Paddies" is not that offensive. Since the publication of WHS' first article we've been rejoiced to have a sequel released along with a Colin Fox spin off that directly compares the current Government to Hitler's Third Reich.

I guess to some being banned from a forum for two days warrants a comparison to a dictatorship that liquefied 7 million jews in a four year period...

To be perfectly honest nobody in my party has raised the matter with me. In fact nobody in the community has raised the matter with me because nobody cares. Still give all the attention & fuss the ILP have dedicated to the matter I feel it would be rude to not grant them a short article rebuttal that will total undo all the drama they've so desperately tried to stir up.

Firstly - the elephant in the room
It's no secrete that Labour and the ILP don't like each other.
We're just too vibrant and eccentric for them.
We're like a week in Ibiza, they're like a weekend in Castlebar.
We're like the money you receive on your communion, they're like the circumcision you get after your first birthday.

So when WHS really says "Rule of Law now gone in eIreland" what he's actually saying is I don't like that the ILP aren't in Government, I especially don't like that Conway is CP & I will use anything I can to discredit him

Congress had to open a new discussion PM during this ordeal as the old one became full of ILP tears

What Really Happened?
Colin Fox used a term that has, for centuries, been used in a derogatory fashion against Irish people who have had to immigrate. He used an Irish slur in a community dominated by Irish people and surprise, surprise! Somebody took offence. Somebody asked if Colin should be held accountable for using that term. Somebody asked if people agreed he should be banned from the forums for 48 hours. Aaaaaaand other's agreed.
FYI: The person that was initially offended by Colin's remarks worked with him and his party during his administration and probably contributed to him getting a large amount of votes during that Presidential election.

So it's safe to say that the liberties you expect an imaginary Government, in an imaginary World to respect are being respected and that - despite what the ILP say - we aren't going to start asking for your PPS number 🙂
