The issue
Congress has been waiting for a speaker for nearly a week now, and as many of you know a mudslinging contest began before the ballots were tallied. there's been alot of accusations and alot of talk. as a sitting member of Congress I think it's my time to shed someone with 1 weeks activity in government's effect on a players thoughts.
Party line
now the main issue that seemed to come up is that people believed RW Members were told to vote along a party line for who would be speaker. I will tell you as a new player who has no freind's in this game that I was not instructed to vote for anyone. I do not know any of you other than the odd conversation about politics or comment and mainly what you have done since I've played the last month. hence why I haven't brought any names into this. I've posted the facts that I know on some articles and I'm sure there are some of you who dislike me because of it and I'm sure some people will dislike me for this article, but I'm weary to dip my feet into such a toxic politic spectrum where I'm an idiot or cronie for joining a certain party. anyways that's enough of the article the real show should be in the comments

If your expectation is that congress can make this sack of crap more fun, then yes, Of course congress is going to be ineffective. eRepublik sucks. Eventually everyone will quit and long after we're all dead, rylde's mom will continue to make the minimum payments for his eRep debt. Good times!

And, by the way, I take no pleasure talking smack about Rylde. I do it because he has asked me to do it. He said he liked being the scapegoat and that he needed people to talk shit about him so that he could look like more like a fighter than a pussy after his brush. So, sure, I'll talk shit to the guy because I really do believe he's a piece of shit based on things he's said to other people.

Look lady, I have my standards. I didn't fist anything. I did the job I was asked to do and it worked. Canada is at civil war and we all know exactly what another dictatorship will bring.

Do you think it is acceptable to talk to a woman that way? Even as an anonymous internet user, this is a gaming community. When you have to resort to petty insults, you have failed at life. As far as the men handling it goes, go look at the battle results, tp leaderboard, and damage leaderboard. It is certainly being handled, but not by you.
