Well a partial answer would seem to be that he and "Sanchez Shortie" both donate to an organization called "Civil Defense Union" (his donations total 95.69 CAD in 6 days time), which in turn has a series of item donations of some kind to "warmakers" organization, which seems to have received a decent amount of cash (100 CAD) from "Joe Wood" whom is a penguin supporter. He also has only one shout "Hiya" from two months ago.
