this mean i will train myself for 0.04 str each day.

Yes, because a newbie gained 1.8 gold each day for training. Old players hasn't got 14+ man\const\land.
A newbie will use his real money to buy gold for +200 training, an old player will never do that.

When i saw this article i feel something like "wtf i'm doing there? I will never call tank, they will never give us an exponential curve for training. So, i'm playing for see new player reach my str status and never reach someone else"

Sad, maybe i will left the game, i'm feeling like depressed for the decision of the erepublik staff.
