Chief of the General Staff - Serbian Armed Forces (SAF)

Генералштаб је највиши стручни и штабни организациони део Војске Србије, надлежан за њену припрему и употребу у миру и рату.

Јединице директно потчињене Генералштабу су Гарда, Централна логистичка база, Бригада везе и 224. центар за електронска дејства.

У саставу Генералштаба Војске Србије налазе се следеће организацијске целине:

•Здружена оперативна команда
•Управа за људске ресурсе (Ј-1)
•Управа за обавештајно-извиђачке послове (Ј-2)
•Управа за оперативне послове (Ј-3)
•Управа за логистику (Ј-4)
•Управа за планирање и развој (Ј-5)
•Управа за телекомуникације и информатику (Ј-6)
•Управа за обуку и доктрину (Ј-7)
•Одељење за финансије (Ј-😎
•Одељење за цивилно-војно сарадњу (Ј-9)
•Управа војне полиције.

Здружена оперативна команда надлежна је за руковођење и оперативно командовање Војском.

Оперативну команду чине представници осталих целина Генералштаба, а по потреби и команде оперативних нивоа српске војске, да би се успешно планирала и објединила интервидовска дејства различитих састава Војске, али и осталих елемената система одбране Републике Србије. Команда припрема документа и планове за командовање јединицама Војске у операцијама, које су одговор безбедоносних структура земље на актуелну кризу.

The Netherlands Ministry of Defence comprises 7 organisational elements. The Central Staff makes Defence policy. The 4 armed forces Services ensure that military personnel and material are mission-ready. Support Command and the Defence Materiel Organisation support the armed forces Services by providing products and services. The Minister of Defence is at the head of the Defence organisation.

Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO)
The Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) ensures that military personnel have modern, robust and safe materiel to work with. The DMO is involved in the procurement, maintenance and sale of materiel.

Procurement and sale
The DMO maintains Defence materiel throughout its entire life-cycle, from purchase via sustainment to disposal, whether ships, aircraft, helicopters, vehicles, fuel, ammunition, clothing, computer systems or weapons are involved.

Technological innovation
The Defence Materiel Organisation devotes a great deal of attention to technological innovation. In cooperation with research institutes and industry, the DMO is continuously looking for improvements in technology and materials.

Services responsible for logistics
After procurement, the DMO hands over the purchased materiel to the relevant armed forces Service, which is then responsible for its sustainment. The logistics divisions of the Service then ensure maintenance and further distribution of the materiel.

Technical Test center is subordinated to Direction for Planning and Development (J-5) of Serbian Army General Staff.

Organization of Technical Test Center is geared to the needs of completing tasks on specific areas of expertise. The base consists of departments and centers. Sectors are organized in departments, and laboratories that make up the organization and cover a narrow specialist field.

For the implementation of testing of complex systems are formed working teams in which the experts from various fields are included.
