How to calculate your employees productivity after recent change?
Just fallow this simple formula:
Productivity = 1/2 * A * B * (C + D) * E * (1 + Bo/100)
where
A : Employees multiplier
B : Skill multiplier (new!)
C : Health multiplier
D : Happiness multiplier
E : Working hours
Bo : Booster in percent
Employees multiplier
if Ne ≦ Nr: A = 1 + (Ne / Nr)
if Ne > Nr: A = 3 - (Ne / Nr)

where:
A = Employee Multiplier
Ne = Number of employees in company
Nr = Number of recommended employees
The new part here is the skill multiplier
B = 3.6 + current_skill * 0,4
Health multiplier
C = 1 + 2 * Health / 100
where:
C = Health multiplier
Health = Current health
Happiness multiplier
D = 1 + 2 * Happiness / 100
where:
D = Happiness multiplier
Happiness = Current happiness

This is something like a 300 percent increase in an apprentice's productivity and a 24 percent decrease in a guru*'s.

Hahaha! If this is true, the Guru** produces twice (TWICE!!) as much as the Apprentice... this is sooo ridiculous.

i'm good with math, i think i can solve this formula whenever i find an hour or 2 to work on it. care to work together on it ?

I think this is no true formula.
basis on my calculations
B = k + current_skill * 0,4.
for 5 level k=4
for 6 level k=3.7
I don't have other level employees and I can't calculate k.
I'm not good at math, so I can be wrong.

@Jules Casey and @Purple Rain: unfortunately it is true (for older players) I don't know what admins were thinking then coming up with this update - yes now I hire low levelers but i FIRE those with lvl 7+ so...
sometimes these formulas works, sometimes not
Maybe there is a "random modifier" in productivity formula also. 😃
They work always - you might have distorted results because of user gaining lvl so u calculate it for higher lvl than user has + u might not know which booster was used by him/her.

Why is that ridiculous ofcours it Guru** should make much more then a apprentice its take twice the time minum to be a guru**
