There is a three-some going on between eIran,eCroatia and eChina. So far we are the only whose ass is being kicked. The three-some is still in its foreplay and the penetration is yet to happen. Enough of my sutras.

a No-frill Manifesto:

Let me keep it simple. Let me be practical. We may or may not have congress this time around. Those who still wish to, would urge them to travel to UP and keep their hopes alive.

We have 35,000 cc & 313g in our treasury and some mooooore in CBI.

My presidential Manifesto includes the following:

a) Retain atleast 1 region for congress for the next 3 months

It is still an open-ended question that I may fail to achieve during my term. There are atleast 3 factors that my govt may fail and 1 factor that we might just succeed in this.

b) Restarting Commune

I ran a commune,along with Adhavan 10 months back. I would say it was fairly successful. I plan to restart the commune by offering some 5-7 q7 weapons and 20-30 cc (still working out long-term feasibility which due to current economic conditions still incurs loss).

A Commune Accounts will be drafted for registering raw material purchases & wages. This system shall be passed on to the subsequent CPs so that finally govt. can run its own commune. A draft note will be submitted for public view with the budget required considering our current income levels.

Its going to be a hell of a book-keeping job .

The accounts shall be audited by an independent committee consisting of 3 people. The presiding person shall not be involved in govt. functions thus maintaining their independent stature( I have someone in mind for this).

This will be a joint responsibility of MoF & MoD overseen by Audit committee

c) TG upgrade assistance

This will be a program run under the Home ministry that shall identify players that are yet to upgrade their Training grounds. A corpus fund of 500g is being envisaged. Individuals can also contribute to this fund.

d) Player retention

Player retention is one other area that needs urgent attention, knowing that the game holds no interest to anyone anymore. Conducting war game competition with attractive prizes just might spruce the activity. Advantage of being a gold buyer is that I can very well offer the prizes of combat, assault or power packs to the winners.

Weapons produced in the commune factories shall be used for supplies during wars, supplies for soldiers in IAF on a weekly basis based on their damage contributions. Any such dispatches shall be accounted in the Commune Accounts.

This would come under MoD.

e) Getting boundaries with our trusted friends.

It is sad to see our friends bg and mkd not having a region on their own. My Govt. shall work towards a mechanism to bring our friends sharing boundaries with us.

f) Foreign 'Affairs'

Honestly these affairs are so foreign to me. This is the area where I would require plenty of help from ppl like LordB, Dave and Sam (if he is still active ??).



Manifesto is nothing new. Keeping the intensity through out the term and posting weekly updates would be an achievement to start with.

I shall be putting a big MoD team and a lean Home and Finance ministry. If we are going to have a congress, drafts for the commune, TG upgrades program and War competition shall be put forth in the congress, else it would be put forth in a public article for a common debate (not going to revive forums).

So far Sibeesh, Destiny India and Anantu have volunteered to be part of the team. If you think you have some spare time to learn some more facets of the game, PM me with your interest and your thought process. Will be needing all the spare hands for a final push.

P.S. Lets not speak about BBs. Lets try to retain the fall guy atleast. 😛
