Paul Hamon was accused and admitted to posting an in-game ad were, when clicked on, would auto-join you to the PaPP. Senators had 3 options to choose from, Impeachment, Lesser Penalty, No Penalty.

The Senate moved for Impeachment with 15 votes for, 12 votes for Lesser Penalty, and 2 for No Penalty.

[Amend] eAustralian Taxation Act Amendment (10/09)

An amendment was issued by Bass Junkie to lower the Income Taxes on Raw Materials from 15% to 12%, along with the lower of the Import Tax on Iron and Wood from 15% and 30%, respectively, to both 10%. Also, this amendment would lower the Income Tax on all Manufacturing products and Housing from 15% to 12%.

The Senate approved the changes to Income Tax, 23 yeas, 1 nay, 0 abstain.

Participatory Democracy Act (10/09)

A proposal was issued by Bass Junkie to create the Participatory Democracy Act. The purpose of this Act is to outline the implementation of non-elected Australian Citizens into the eAustralian Parliamentary System as Members of the Non-Elected Senate (MNES), the Actions they can take and how they will be permitted to operate within the Parliamentary, and especially the Senatorial system of Government within eAustralian Politics.
