Letter to Filipino People from the People of Serbia

We are using this opportunity to address you as one of our greatest allies in the eWorld. Since the game eRepublik was founded, Filipino and Serbian people have gone through different complex set of relations. For all that time there was constant striving for the eBrotherhood which is reflected through the Real Life friendship between our countries. This day finally came few months ago when we started working together and finally became what we were always meant to be! friends, allies and BROTHERS!
eWorld has seen a lot of changes in the past and the day has come when it will change even more. Breakdown of TWO alliance has shown us that we need to start building new alliances and new relations which are based on mutual respect, trust and sacrifice that we are willing to take for one another. Serbia feels that best country to start new processes with is the Philippines!

The Philippines and Serbia should build “THE EMPIRE”, new alliance which will become the eWorlds strongest military, diplomatic, economic and cultural force.
We do not need to be modest and humble! We need to be bold and brave! Our goal should be to take what we deserve and together with our friends we can be “THE EMPIRE” of the eWorld.
In order to start work on forming such an alliance, we need to agree on certain principles and form a framework in which our executive branches can work and make this happen.

Recognizing mutual friendship, honest intentions and our brotherhood we are laying out the principles on which the Philippines and Serbia would form an alliance

1. Alliance will be based on friendship, mutual understanding and equal opportunities for all its members.

2. The Philippines and Serbia should strive to include following countries in the new alliance - anyone who will take us. The issue with Singapore joining the alliance will be left for Filipino people to decide when and in which terms they see fit, which is basically Filipino decision as far as Serbia is concerned. Additional countries should be considered in order to strengthen the position of the EMPIRE.

3. There are different countries that we are all allied to. Secondary alliance should be formed for our allies and they will have representatives within our EMPIRE.

4. Joint negotiation commission will be made with Filipino and Serbian representatives, three from each country, which will add other representatives from agreed countries as they show interest in joining of the forming of THE EMPIRE.

5. New alliance will be governed mostly by executive branches of the countries in order to avoid transfer of the responsibility to other institutions such as former HQs. That means we should take responsibility for ourselves, not leave it to someone else.

6. The Philippines and Serbia will not negotiate different alliances with other countries while this process is in effect.

7. Time frame for the negotiating of the new alliance is not set but it is encouraged to be as fast as possible.


If The People of the Philippines decide to support these principles, we will be come closer than we ever were and this will mark new era in eRepublik and in our mutual relations. We wish to embark on this journey with you!
