Join the new world

Dear readers,

Today I will write about something that has tainted our community and game (if it can be called like that after latest events) since the dawn of time - the plague called cheating. Since in my latest deleted article (for which I got a famous point and a temporary "watch but not speak" suspension) someone said "You cannot judge a state by several people", I'd like to provide my answer to that statement - Yes, I can.

You see, a country is as good as the people that represent it. And as some wise man said "Each populace deserves its rulers". Because you see, they were chosen by the people.

I find it amazing that a nation such as Turkey (for which I had developed some respect despite their previous failures - gone after the latest events) managed to elect a person such as Alexa Stankovic. We all know who he is/was. And in spite of that he got elected. That is mind -boggling, simply one of these WTF moments.

The other thing that came to my attention was that some Romanian players are attempting a PTO on a friendly nation. That is incomprehensible to me. I have never participated in all of that PTO stuff, ever. The only time I did participate in one such event was at the anti-PTO by Russians against the same Turkey nation. But I do know many states practice it and have it down to an art (the name Serbians comes to mind as well). Still I don't understand what sick and deprived pleasure can someone get from denying a handful of people their rightful country. If you are such an awesome state just go and occupy said country. Don't bully people around just because you can.

The point of this article is this (and I am not saying it is unique or something) - we are all mirror reflections of ourselves in this game. If you are dishonorable, dishonest cheat in this game, chances are you aren't faring exactly awesome in the real life. Yes, some people play this for the fun. But what fun is depriving others from their own joy and entertainment by playing like a cheat and using loopholes and exploits.

WHERE'S THE HONOR IN ALL THAT!!!

P.S This was designed in my mind to be one of these "I told you so"troll articles, where I assault EDEN HQ, Romper, all former allies and stuff for all their wrong judgement about some notorious cheaters. But then I realized we are all only human. And I do like the statement "To err is human, to forgive divine." I am far from the idea I am a God or something, but after the latest events that transpired, and the lack of any information and incredibly strange handling of them by the admins I strongly believe it's up to us players to make things happen. Because it is our game to lose. And frankly it's going downhill fast.
