Hello America, I'M BACK!!! I have a plan, one that involves a PTO of your country and then taking over the world. Now before you call me Overlord please meet my requests so this can go smoothly:

1. Give me citizenship, if you don't I will have to get it by myself (and I will find a way). CHECK

2. Give me your masses, I need their minds to sculpt for later world domination.

3. Open communication with your president (I know where to find you Choc so don't hide from me).

4. Your respect and gratitude for my conquest. CHECK, I GUESS
