First Voting Record
James Strife
Citizens of Delaware, as promised in my campaign, here is my voting record from 25 May to 1 Jun. I will provide short descriptions detailing why I voted that way including some background info if needed.
26 May 09
Donate 99999 USD to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).
Voted Yes
Donations are frequently made to the CBO to fund the various government programs such as the Marines, the Army and MoW.
Mutual Protection Pact (MPP) with Germany
Voted No
Germany at that point was controlled by a PTO from Sweden and Poland so, there was no point in keeping the alliance with them and wasting the 30 gold required for the MPP. Also, not renewing this MPP did not stop us from helping fight against Sweden nor Poland.
27 May 09
Mutual Protection Pact (MPP) with Malaysia
Voted Yes
Malaysia offered to pay for our 30 gold and their 30 gold to make the MPP with us.
28 May 09
Peace Treaty with Sweden
Voted Yes
Sweden promised to end hostilities against Germany if we signed a peace treaty with them. Although, this was sketchy as Sweden should’ve declared peace with Germany first. In Sweden’s defense, Sweden has a long standing feud with Germany due to Germany’s tactics the last war between the two.
29 May 09
Peace Treaty with Poland
Voted Yes
Same story as with Sweden, and regrettably Poland entered hostilities with Germany again after taking Bavaria.
30 May 09
Minimum Wage Proposal from 1 USD to 1.01 USD
Voted No
Lulz proposal from Muljo Golbet before resigning his congressional seat and moving out with the USAF.
1 Jun 09
Mutual Protection Pact (MPP) with Czech Republic
Voted No
I voted no because, the original deal was for us to pay 45g which covers half of CZ’s fee. Since then, CZ has offered to pay their full 30 gold to cover the MPP.
And that covers the congressional proposals thus far in the term. I will post them as they come. Thanks for your support. Remember to vote and subscribe.
Until next time,
James Strife
MoW Head Assistant
Congressman – Delaware

"Peace Treaty with Sweden
Voted Yes

Today attack eSweden again eGermany... conscious liar
"Peace Treaty with Poland
Voted Yes
Same story as with Sweden, and regrettably Poland entered hostilities with Germany again after taking Bavaria."
Today attack ePolen again eGermany (2x)... conscious liar
With friends like that, who needs enemies?
But what have you done for your constituents? You sound like a seat filler to me.
Sarah : I stated that they entered hostilities again with Germany, so I'm not lying. Sweden and Poland double crossed us in the agreement thus my reason for using the word regrettably to describe Poland's actions since they were the first to attack after the peace accords.
And your "Yes" brings eGermanys dead and a neverending war in eEuropa. I'm from sweden, but what my country doing, is only colonialist policy and you vote for this! This mistaken policy is a key for the next wars in the future or think you, the people of eGermany will not fight to regain there independence? And then will you fight against freedom side by side with eSweden? Nothing else is your Peace Treaty-"Yes"...
I voted on faith a thing that is well respected in Sweden and with the eUSA declaring its' neutrality in the conflict my vote only respected that decision of the JCS and the President. And if Germany later fights against Sweden or Poland the eUSA will not be involved because our MPPs will not be activated since Germany will not be attacking the homeland of Sweden, so we will not be fighting for Sweden.
