I have just stumbled across this website http://erepublik-web-guide.weebly.com/ only 10 minutes ago while looking up erepublik overtime in Google.

I would consider it a user friendly version of a help guide and I believe it would be a handy site for all.

It has a detailed pop out menu when you highlight the mouse over the main components of the game like finance, military, media, etc.
