eJustice, eJail - Admins please help us help ourselves! [ENG + RO]

Hello everyone,

As the days pass i keep asking myself this: Where is (social) justice? Who can deliver this kind of justice? Who can really punish players that hurt us even though they do respect erep rules? As i see it admins don't react quickly enough or at all when certain players have a bad behavior toward their fellow players. More than that admins don't acknowledge other chat rooms (like those we use on irc) thus they can't be aware of many things that happen. And that might be ok for them BUT... We are a community and we have more info about certain things then they do. These things that can, and have made many players quit the game and I know some told others not to join due to the bad experience they had.

So, what I, and I'm sure most of us, want is a Justice Department. Please make a justice department with random people maybe 100-150 or a number according to the total number of citizens of that country (so that we diminish chances of making mistakes) that have never been banned by erep, high level players (maybe calculated according to the medium level of all players in that country - a newly added country would not be able to create a JD if it had few high level players) chosen monthly by erep game. We wouldn't want people that played 2 or 3 months, a player that doesn't yet know the game, to be able to decide whether a player he's never met before should go to prison or not. Also there's a chance that a new player is an alt that simply wants a position in JD. If he is an alt and wants to have a chance to control this Dep then he should make a lot of efforts and avoid game admin in doing so. Going into jail or not should be decided by 70% of the voters ( not of the total number of the committee members). Punishment would presume time of being in prison, not being able to vote,excluded from the party while in jail,not being able to run for president or congress while in jail,not being able to handle country funds, only be able to do 25 kills / day (maybe except when new missions appear), he shouldn't be able To make transfers, sell/buy companies and the ability for everyone to see what transfers they have been doing in the last month (according to the things he's been accused of, stealing for example).
We have politics we have military units but we have no social justice. Mark those that were in jail and the reason for each time they were in jail (on their profile). Good players need to know who should be avoided.The list of JD committee members should be public and each account should be marked as a member of that committee and keep a counter of how many times they were members. Let us give ratings to all members of the committee so we can appreciate the way they made judgements each time they were given the opportunity to do so. Those that haven't voted in quality of the committee members 2 or 3 times should not be appointed in the next months (i believe game should monthly and randomly appoint players that meet the criteria - "Congratulations Surubu, you have been appointed as a member of Romania's Justice Department of this month" for example). Maybe you could limit the number of "go to jail " propositions / day or / month so things wouldn't be able to degenerate and everyone outside JD would go to jail. That would indeed be really bad. Members should be able to vote only yes or no considering justice needs to be served and that every player should be online at least once every 24 or 48 hours. Send in game alerts every time a new imprisonment proposition has been made. Allow players to be able to report people to JD and tell them the reason and bring proof. Let us upload pictures/ excel so everyone can see. Also, if politicians can give citizenship let justice dep be able to cancel them (again with limitation per day or month). This should diminish bribes given to congress members and also cancel bonus for those that don't want to play nice. Allow players to have no citizenship if no country accepts them thus making them rogue and play without bonus until they behave.
Those that run for country president or congress and were in jail should also get a favorable vote from justice committee (justice dep should also validate them prior to erep validation). Erep should check data and we should also be able to check their morality and behavior in that community of players. Game currently allows certain bad players to get elected several times without many constraints but they don't allow the community of players to stop them. Allow us to stop them!!!!
We shouldn't be able to ban a player (this is and still should be only your choice considering you see everything - in game) but we should be given the ability to exclude them.
We should be able to punish abuse of power (congress, president, those that take care of treasury, those that are appointed to talk on behalf of one nation etc),stealing, proven disrespect toward other players, fighting against your citizenship country without a good reason ( eg medals, maybe certain missions, military strategy etc). If they want to fight against their own country then they should have another citizenship.
If other countries don't want a justice dep let each country create or dissolve one for that month ( with the vote of 100% of committee members (that voted or all) and congress (that voted or all) and president's vote). It should be harder to dissolve considering we need it so much.
Do not allow others to play with our money, time and nerves. Let's say we donate gold we bought using a credit card and someone steals them : this is a real theft!! Allow us to defend ourselves!
If admins are to be god of this world (they decide who lives and who dies if players do no respect the laws) then we should be the police. Thanks for the idea Cronoss!

SI VERSIUNEA IN ROMANA!

Salutare tuturor,

Pe zi ce trece ma tot intreb: Unde-i totusi dreptatea (sociala)? Cine poate sa faca dreptatea aici? Cine poate sa pedepseasca pe cei care-si bat joc de noi desi respecta regulile erepublik (mai mult sau mai putin bune sau complete). Din cate observ adminii nu pot reactiona la timp sau chiar deloc in cazul unor jucatori multi huliti, hoti dovediti. Mai mult decat atat adminii nu stiu, sau mai bine zis nu tin cont, de existenta chat-urilor pe care noi le folosim (irc) astfel ca nu au cum sa stie multe lucruri care se intampla in spatele jocului. E normal sa fie asa, normal sa nu stie ei si ce scriem noi pe Messenger, pentru ei este totul in regula insa pentru noi NU... Suntem o comunitate de jucatori si avem mai multe informatii despre unii jucatori care stim ce fac si cum procedeaza. Multi s-au lasat de joc din cauza unor indivizi care ... pur si simplu provoaca stari de greata pentru ca unde nu exista macar rusine bun simt, sau mecanism coercitiv exista exact ceea ce vedem in momentul de fata. De discutat vad ca se tot discuta, de dorit se tot doreste, de jelit tot felim cu totii insa o solutie cand???

Asadar, ca propunere consider ca ar fi OPORTUN ca adminii sa introduca un Departament al Justitiei compus din 100 – 150 membri (sau un numar stabilit de ei, calculat poate in functie de numarul de jucatori si de nivelul mediu din tara respectiva) alesi la intamplare de „joc”. Ar trebui sa fie vorba de jucatori care nu au luat ban niciodata, jucatori de nivel cat de cat mare ( in functie de media pe tara pentru a nu fi probleme atunci cand apare o tara noua plina de jucatori de lvl 1 de exemplu 😉 ipotetic vorbind). Nu cred ca ar fi ok sa fie facuta dreptatea de catre un jucator care de abia a scos capul in erep sau unul care are mari sanse sa fie clona de-a cuiva. In cazul in care ar vrea cineva sa-si faca o clona si sa ajunga vreodata in acest comitet/consiliu atunci de ce sa nu munceasca macar 3-4 luni in care sa evite si adminii pentru a nu lua ban?

Ca rezultat al acestui departament am avea detinuti, puscarie, „jilavisti” . Propunerea de a trimite un jucator in puscarie ar trebui sa fie aprobata daca un procent de 50%,, 60% ,70% din cei care voteaza, sau ce % ar considera adminii ca e ok, ar vota pentru condamnare . Instiintarea incarcerarii ar trebui sa includa timpul pentru care respectivul va fi in inchisoare, ar trebui sa nu mai poata vota in perioada respectiva, sa fie scos automat din partidul in care a fost, sa nu mai poata candida pentru congres sau presedintie sau alt post in conducere, sa nu mai poata gestiona fondurile statului, sa nu mai poata lupta mai mult decat luptele necesare pentru DO (poate cu exceptia misiunilor la care trebuie un anumit nr de kills/damage), sa nu mai poata face transferuri in perioada respectiva, sa nu mai poata cumpara/vinde firme si sa i se faca vizibile transferurile facute in ultima luna (de ex in cazul in care a fost acuzat de furt)

Avem politica, avem armata insa nu avem justitie. Nu ar fi nevoie de justitie? Nu am avea noi, societatea, dreptul sa ne facem dreptate? Cei care ar face puscarie ar trebui sa fie marcati pe profil in asa fel incat toti sa stie ca jucatorul a facut puscarie si motivul pentru care a fost condamnat. Consiliul lunar al Dep de Justitie ar trebui sa fie facut vizibil lunar si la fiecare membru sa apara de cate ori, in cate luni , a fost membru al acestui consiliu. Ar fi util daca cei din consiliu, sau restul cetatenilor, ar putea sa dea un vot pozitiv sau negativ celor din consiliu in functie de calitatea si/sau claritatea/clarviziunea deciziilor luate. In schimb, cei care au primit acest drept, aceasta onoare de a sanctiona magariile unora dintre noi si nu o fac in mod repetat ar trebui sa nu mai fie selectati pentru un anumit numar de luni. Daca nu vor sa voteze atunci sa fie lasat locul altcuiva cu simt civic mai dezvoltat. S-ar putea trimite alerte in joc atunci cand se propune o noua incarcerare astfel ca cei care intra mai rar sa fie anuntati. Nu cred ca cei care joaca cat de cat nu intra macar o data la 24 sau 48 de ore sa vada ce se mai intampla in joc. Jucatorii selectati, cei care ar intruni conditiile de mai sus ar trebuisa primeasca si ei o alerta de genul: „felicitari Surubu, ai fost ales membru al Departamentului de Justitie al Romaniei din aceasta luna”. Ar fi indicat sa se limiteze numarul de condamnari pe zi sau pe luna pentru a se evita degenerarea situatiei (sa nu cumva sa ajungem toti in inchisoare mai putin membrii Departamentului!). Cei din consiliu ar trebui sa poata vota doar cu DA sau NU si sa-si exercite dreptul fara alte pretexte (altfel jocul sa nu-i mai selecteze cateva luni).
Ar trebui sa permita jucatorilor sa faca sesizari catre acest departament si sa furnizeze si dovezi care sa poata fi postate..undeva.

De asemenea, daca politicienii dau cetatenii (uneori contra cost, sau de fiecare data, sau de cele mai multe ori? ... nu stiu, inca nu am ajuns in congres ) atunci Departamentul ar trebui sa le poata retrage/anula (in numar limitat pe zi sau luna) in cazul in care impotriva acelor cetateni s-a facut plangere si s-au adus dovezi. Probabil ca ar fi un instrument bun impotriva TO-urilor. In acest fel s-ar reduce mita pe care unii (zice-se ca) o primesc si pentru cei care nu mai au cetatenie nu ar mai exista bonus.

Ar trebui sa permita ca un cetatean sa nu aiba tara, sa ramana apatrid, suspendat undeva in ocean in cazul in care nu-l primeste nicio tara. Vrea sa fie marlan? Atunci sa fie marlan printre crapi, carasi sau pesti oceanici dar in societate ar trebui totusi sa stie cum sa se poarte.

Cei care candideaza la congres, presedintie ar trebui sa obtina un vot favorabil si din partea acestui Departament (inainte ca jocul sa valideze voturile). Daca adminii verifica voturile invalide ar trebui ca noi sa putem verifica integritatea acelei persoane. Jocul permite in momentul de fata ca unii jucatori, cunoscuti „infractori” sa ajunga presedinti, oameni de congres de cate ori vrea muschiu’ lor si noi sa nu putem face prea multe. VREM SA-I PUTEM OPRI!!!

Nu trebuie sa avem noi dreptul sa dam ban in joc, nu asta cer sau voi cere vreodata (asta este treaba lor) insa ar trebui sa-i putem exclude din comunitatea noastra. Meritam acest drept.
Ar trebui sa ni se dea posibilitatea de a pedepsi abuzul de putere (pe care cei cu functii ar putea sa-l infaptuiasca), furtul, lipsa totala de respect si/sau bune maniere, sa putem pedepsi lupta impotriva propriei tari fara a avea un motiv intemeiat ( de ex anumite misiuni, medalii, o strategie militara etc). Cei care vor sa lupte impotriva tarii pot foarte bine sa ia cetatenie maghiara si sa lupte de acolo (sau ,daca s-ar implementa, sa ajunga apatrid si sa dea cat il tine click’ul)

In caazul in care unele tari nu-si doresc acest departament, daca la ei nu exista hoti si dobitoci (lol) ar trebui sa ni se dea optiunea de a crea sau desfiinta acest departament in fiecare luna (prin votul a 100% din cei care compun consiliul, cu votul a 100% a celor din congres si cu votul presedintelui). Ar trebui sa fie mai greu sa fie desfiintat din moment ce ESTE NEVOIE DE JUSTITIE.

NU permiteti altora sa se joace cu banii nostri, cu timpul si cu nervii nostri. In cazul in care eu cumpar gold cu cardul si-l donez statului si apoi vine un. ... unul... o persoana si-l cam fura ala nu este furt? (real)?? DATI-NE VOIE SA NE APARAM!!!

Daca adminii sunt dumnezeii acestui joc (ei spun cine traieste inca si cine moare) atunci ar trebui sa ni se permita ca noi sa fim politia acestui joc. Multumesc lui Cronoss pentru ideea cu politia .

Va rog vot pentru vizibilitate. Propuneri de imbunatatire, incurajarile sunt binevenite etc


Pentru posibilii latrai:

1. Ai dreptul sa-ti spui parerea si-ti multumesc pentru asta.
2. Daca in timp ce-ti exprimi parerea nu te poti exprima in termeni cat de cat civilizati mai bine nu-ti irosi energia.
3. Nu consider ca am muncit degeaba scriind atatea cuvinte asadar daca esti pesimist mai bine ramai pesimist, in obscuritate. ;P
