eAustralian Senate Apology to eNew Zealand
Xavier Griffith
Senate of eAustralia
Senators of the eAustralian Senate, whose signatures appear below, hereby publicly apologise to the eNew Zealand Government and People for the breaking of any treaty, alliance and or agreement that was illegally made by the eAustralian Executive Government last month in relation to the war on eChile.
The Senate is still not specifically clear on exactly what occurred as it has not been notified by the Executive Government in anyway as to the nature of the agreement, treaty or alliance that was being formed nor what the actual aim of said alliance was or involved, and neither were the people of eAustralia.
While the Senate and people are unable to be held accountable for what occurred through lack of transparency and information from the Executive Government, and are still unsure exactly what has transpired, we acknowledge that eNew Zealand and its people have obviously been offended in some way and accept that we, the undersigned Senators, should have done something to ensure that all information was disclosed to us and what occurred did not happen.
We therefore, once again apologise to the eNew Zealand Government for the actions and breach of promises made to you in by the Executive Government and endeavor to ensure that such actions will not occur again.
We the undersigned also hope that the people and Government of eNew Zealand understand that the Resistance War started in Tasmania was not Government Sanctioned by the Senate and was due to a rogue element from the previous administration.
We also hope that with this apology that relations between our two nations will once again become cordial with an endeavor of developing friendship between us.
Signe

What is Rowan's name doing there?
I asked if I could be on the list. So he added it.
So who's PM - SC or XG?
Ridiculous apology, just so unnecessary this is.
I add my name to this list.

This apology should be taken down seeing as there was no official arrangement between eAustralia and eNew Zealand
Tell that to the members of the NZ govt that formed agreements with the Aussie govt Callum. Its just that our "transparent" exec failed to inform the Senate of them until after the fact. And even then, barely said anything.
Well like Larni's log state in her article, no official arrangement was in place and it was not our fault that eNew Zealand wanted to wipe eChile.

Thank you eAussie Senators, I appreciate your efforts here.
And ty Callumh, ur indepth understanding of this situation is amazing as always and won't be forgotten.
Any time Carl.
Wow, some of the senators seem to see themselves as a shadow cabinet.
Yay for unity!
My only problem is the title of this apology.
I would recommend "a half arsed attempt to make peace with eNZ from less than half of the eAustralian senate"
This policy is unlawful, it did not pass as a motion of the Senate and cannot use the seal of the Senate. If Senators wish to make an apology to the eNZ they should do so privately.
1. No one actually told the senate what we were apologizing for or what happened.
2. This did not pass a motion in the senate.
3. The senate seal was used without permission
@docterDry
please show me where an apology needs a vote and why it needs a motion to be passed. infact show me anywhere that an apology is in legislation
@ Tim_Holtz so you are claiming i can write apologies on behalf of the senate anytime i like for whatever i like? Because that's basically what you are saying
there trying to apologize.
and ure winging about the seal?
" we acknowledge that eNew Zealand and its people have obviously been offended in some way "
....so you don't know what your apologising for?
of course we do. we are just covering all bases
so.... you dont know what you're apologising for?
atleast there trying to appologize. they've realised they've done something wrong. (or whoever) noones told them what they did they just understand they shuld appologize.
lets make the government more complex and add some more overkill proceedures.. that should help clear things up.. lol
the eAus gov is a joke.. more regulations that citizens.. lol
"The Senate is still not specifically clear on exactly what occurred as it has not been notified by the Executive Government "
still laughing.. the executive gov... lol what a waste.
Bunch of Senators agree that something bad has happened and apologise for it, and they cop flack from people for breaking protocol?
Wow, good priorities eOz - you've got an Executive running around on their power trips and the decent people who actually care about playing nicely get the heat.
Fking disgraceful.
Not against any particular person, but the eGovernment exec and the eGovernment legislative branch as institutions need to get their acts together.
I repeat my earlier call for a Senate enquiry with subpoena powers included in its terms of reference to investigate and report back to the people. Although I support the apology as an eAus citizen, the repeated failure of any branch to take responsibility for the affairs with the "we didn't know" line is a continuance of conjecture upon conjecture.
I'm prepare to get knocked for this view, but one would think the eAus and eNZ citizens expect better.
TJ if you joined the eAus forums you would see that it is a complete beat up. NZ wanted to do their thing. eAus stayed loyal to its EDEN allie. NZ didn't get what it wanted i.e. to wipe Chile.
I didn't sign it as I didn't feel it was necessary.
Our allies from our Alliance Eden told us to back out, we did. No deal was ever done with new zealand, in fact some of the people making such an outcry know this and it is a blatant attempt at power. Also i would like to know where is the power tripping? Could you explain to me where the power tripping is going on? Because it may just be my eyes but i don't see any going on.
@Evi1guy
I don't maybe go on the forums or IRC once in awhile and know what is actually going on instead of making wild accusations.
Frankly i am sick of people talking out of there asses when they don't even attempt help.
