@Ayame - The talks have been ongoing for awhile. We discussed it on IRC once with a PCP member there. I personally hate IRC and use Skype with most eRep friends and such, but IRC seems to still be the most widely used choice.

And once again, we're not 'selling out', we're just putting the power in the people's hands to decide the direction of their party. There was a yes vote from every single member of the DSP.

The only cabinet spots I've held have been MoHA under Big Ant and MoH under Talon. I was second choice for MoH and had I not said yes to running it. Then it's likely that over 100G wouldn't have been invested in new players, Something myself and plenty of other PCP members have campaigned for for a long time.

If that's worse than taking blatant bribes to join Alfa on his ego trip then I'm happy to be the bad guy.

I left the party because I wanted to stay with a small party, and I don't like the merge. But that message is the reason I will never join the PCP. That's entirely not cool. I didn't ask for the message, I didn't want it, and I consider it spam.

-Alfagrem was involved with your party last year, are you left-wing? There's an election result where you ran him as a CP candidate if you want proof. Also, the UKPP was centre I believe, sporting many left-wing views.

Alfagrem is a careerist but his allies are definite right wingers like his best bud Nick, UKPP pride themselves on being right wing with some social policies.

Sir Nick has himself stated he is a BNP member. It's relevant in that you can judge a man by the company he keeps. Ie. Don't expect to become a real left wing party. There is a reason you don't see PCP throwing obscene amounts of goods into recruitment... because we don't hoard it, we share it amongst commune members.

End result is competition for members and its continual competition so players are no longer 'banked' by a party and forgotten till election time. Improved entertainment, involvement and retention of players happens and we all win.

The new party will be forged by majority votes for everything. Policies, what we stand for, avatar, name, orientation etc. We're keep the 'Democratic' part of our party and dropping the 'Socialist' part.

The DSP was founded and based on my personal views, and I feel that's where I went wrong. We need a party formed based on all of the member's views. This is what makes it a party.

As for being left wing, Do you think we take the attacks for standing front and centre as far lefties for nothing?

A caring community of friends, Whether we are 6th or 20th we'll still have that and it'll still be more rewarding than buying our way into the Top 5 to be able to play around at being important.

I am somewhat surprised how PCP can label me 'right wing' however when all my programs in whichever party I've been in have been based on equality of members with each member earning their fair share of production.

I annoyed Carlini by pointing out Legion wasn't based on equality.

I ignored 'convention' and helped make this focus on retention happen.

In RL I vote Liberal, I am centre-right of the party but it's Cornwall so its Liberal country and in eRep I've spent longer in Socialist parties.
