Što raste u slobodi

Domovina se brani cvetom
I pčelom na cvetu
Makom i suncokretom
I pticom u letu

Domovina se brani knjigom
I pesmom o nebu
Sestrinom suzom majčinom brigom
I onim brašnom u hlebu

Domovina se brani lepotom
I čašću i znanjem
Domovina se brani životom
I lepim vaspitanjem

Poppy and sunflower

And the song of the sky
Sister's tear mother's care
And flour in bread

Homeland is defending with beauty
And honor and knowledge
