I. SITUATION REPORT –
Croatian President, AndyCro, has been in constant negotiations with the Hungarians and Serbians in an attempt to stabilize their economy. All of his negotiation attempts have been rebuffed. The only response has been a counter-offer with Hungary willing to change a single law for the Croatians, but demanded a price of 3,000 gold. The Croatians have obviously refused this unreasonable deal. There are also rumors that once Croatia’s current MPP’s expire, Hungary will attack and attempt to conquer Croatia’s high grain region of Slavonia and Northwest-Croatia. They are the only Croatian regions that have both Q5 Hospitals and Defense Systems.

II. ECONOMY –
The poor economic climate set in motion by the PEACE controlled congress in Croatia has not changed. Croatians continue to fight back with an active black market and by working in allied nations such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Sweden, Greece and Spain.

III. CONGRESSIONAL ELECTIONS –
Croatia is yet unsure if Hungary and Serbia will make an attempt to retain control of the Croatian congress, but are making plans to retake it regardless. Obviously all specific details of any such plans remain classified.

IV. PARTY PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS –
Croatia believes that PEACE may attempt to PTO their party presidential elections in a further effort to force PEACE congressional candidates on to the ballot on July 25th. This is an authorized list of known Croatian candidates that is safe for Americans and other allies to vote for:

Croatian Democratic Party

V. CROATIAN ARMY –
It is interesting to note that, the Croatian army has been able to function properly even with a PEACE controlled Congress because they are mostly financed independently of the government. The Croatian army maintains its own funding structure containing numerous organizations and companies which bring a substantial amount of income to the army itself without government intervention. Former Croatian President Ivan Radman was responsible for mandating this program as an emergency measure that is proving vital to the Croatian military’s survival.
