Change the default upgrading prices! + message from bulgaria

Good Day comrades,

Plato, please decrease the default prices of companies and training grounds with 50%.

I bet that most people, including myself, are only upgrading training grounds and factories when there's a limited offer running. Today we can see both company and training grounds for 44% less gold.

We have seen this kind of offers so many times during the last year. People are saving money just for offers like these. There's no point having the current default prices. 95% of the players are aware of your limited offers and don't upgrade until an limited offer is online.

How fun is it for a new player, who is unaware of the limited offers, that upgrades his company and the next day he sees an offer like today's?
