Caitlyn Jenner Stuggles to Find Her Feminine Voice
Anthony Buchanan
Caitlyn Jenner has most of the woman thing down. But there's still only 1 throwback to Bruce(her former name), Her voice.
In a new clip from I Am Cait (her TV docu-series on E!), Jenner admitted to Kim Kardashian(her daughter) and Malika Haqq (Caitlyn and Kim's friend) that long before she went public about her transition from male-to-female, she wanted to know what it would be like to be accepted as a woman. She admits that she would call room service when staying in hotels and try to do her best female voice, so that they would think they were speaking to a woman.
Kim & Malika both encouraged her to test her feminine vocals on them, but unfortunately she doesn't quite to have the hang of it yet. The exchange is very quite funny, showing a lighter side to her transition and to her TV show, but later it takes on a more serious tone.
Jenner later privately discusses how very important it is for her voice to match how she very feels comfortable on the inside, saying that women don't totally understand how important it is for her voice to match her true identity. She really struggles over finding her new voice to match her new person, saying that it's very important for her own soul.
But if we have learned anything from Jenner's journey so far, it's that she can overcome a hurdle in her own way.

It's a man dressed as a woman. If society continues on this path of having to accept and play along with everyone's mental illness we'll have no stopping point. We have men and women who say they are really the opposite sex and we have to be OK with that. We've had a white girl who pretended with the use of make up to be a black girl for years and we're supposed to accept that. What's next, people who claim they are really woodchucks inside? Are we supposed to accept Trans woodchucks next? Enough is enough. These people need medication for their mental illness and a mirror to look into to see what they are.
