I. SITUATION REPORT –
The economy has been stable and improving since the continual return of territories by Indonesia. Recently however, a number of Australian citizens have been moving overseas, mainly to the United States, to participate in the war effort. The Australian government does not sponsor or fund these actions and they are causing a notable, albeit temporary, drop in the available workforce.

II. TERRITORIAL HANDOVER –
Progress is being made for the handover of South-Australia by Indonesia, but the final details are still being worked out. It should be another five to seven days before the territory again belongs to Australia, leaving only Western-Australia under Indonesian control.

III. ALLIANCE –
Australia continues to have no MPP’s and is being very cautious about possibly joining any alliance at this time. It does appear however that Australia may be close to signing a deal to participate in war games again, this time in battles involving the UK and Hungary. Australia had previously been involved in the war games between Argentina and Chile.
