The list of candidates for Sunday's presidential election has shrunk to four. The two main contenders are King William the Great, who must be stopped at all costs, and Sir Humphrey Appleby, who is the best bet for your vote.
Aaron Mark Daniels, leader of the Workers Rights Party, and Spite313, editor of The Economist (eRepublik title, not the RL one) newspaper, have both withdrawn from the contest.
It is probably for the best that the candidate list has shrunk, since it would have been a lot easier for King William the Great to win against both Sir Humphrey Appleby and Aaron Mark Daniels, because they would have split the anti-William vote.
This newspaper now supports Sir Humphrey Appleby for President of the United Kingdom in the fifth of July election. Players who are considering voting for Luke de Valante or I GOOD I should seriously consider tactical voting at this election to stop King William the Great.
