Amerika, as it is obviously shown, We are at war. In times past, our conflicts have largely been abroad, or small border conflicts with nations such as Mexico or the United Kingdom.

The current invasion that we face now, by an enemy best described as a Juggernaut, is much different. This time we fight not for resources in foreign lands, simple fun or glory of defeating our electronic enemies, but for the very survival of our nation.


I thought this looked pretty bad ass. I mean come on, it's Captain AMERICA...

To first understand the gravity of the situation one must realize the strength of our enemy, our allies and our selves. America has traditionally been a very stable upper-mid range military power. In most wars, America has operated as a significant damage dealer for our allies, as utilized through MPPs, which we readily sign to find other ways of burning USD and increasing military power.

However America now faces four major powers. Spain, Poland, Hungary and Indonesia. Each of these nations is a major power in their own right and against the United States, we stand a very small chance alone. The fact is that most of our "allies" are disillusioned with our previous foreign policies, or in the case of nations like Russia, Romania, Canada, France and Germany (and more) they are occupied or are pending their wipe from the map altogether. This leaves America to fight these major powers mostly alone, depending on our domestic military power for success.

The Fight of Our Lives


The war has only just begun.

Right now, this war is in the defense our national sovereignty, our ability to exist as a nation. The stakes of defeat are high, but not catastrophic. America both in real life and in game, is resilient. We have survived a war of similar magnitude where we felt that America would undoubtedly be conquered. I remember in my days on the Joint Chiefs of Staff two years ago next month, when we were being invaded by Russia, Portugal, Indonesia and others, how dire the situation looked. The answer is to keep fighting.

This isn't a war that will be won soon, or even for the next few months. This conflict will be waged in the long term, from American battlefields, to attacking our enemies resources overseas and disrupting their regional stability. We will continue to support allies to help us help each other as we rally our support and continue to push for our freedom, in fact our survival as a nation. I have Faith that America will persevere through these times, no matter how severe, to do their best in achieving victory in these dark hours. This will however, be a tough, long journey.

The Path of Most Resistance


It is very likely America will have to adapt to a guerrilla/RW centric type of conflict.

Given the current speed of advance and forward momentum held by our enemies, it is widely understood that we will have very few states remaining for the Congressional elections. Worse yet, is the concern that we won't have a nation at all come President Election time. Given our limited resources and the enemies rapid advance, this is entirely possible.

To assume this would leave the nation "rudderless" or in any way without a clear leader is a very real fear. However I think we should all be able to rally behind a person, no... a LEADER, who has what it takes to unite the community, lead us to victory and work towards the full liberation of these American states. Personally, I'm a big fan of Speedcat McNasty as he's running for President.

Regardless of whether or not we still have our country in time for the Presidential Elections, we will still have to deal with our territory being occupied and we can only change this with steady determination, good organization and the proper allocation of resources. To this end, I highly recommend ALL civilians to join a military unit.

US Armed Forces

The USAF is the official military of the eUS Government. Currently divided into the "Army" and the "Special Forces", joining this unit guarantee's government funding and support. They also offer a "Boot Camp" to help train new soldiers in the war module.

Training Corps

The Training Corps has existed in one form or another for over two and a half years. It is without doubt, the most experienced, capable and tested training unit of any military force in the country. Once you graduate, you will be placed into a Reserve unit, able to apply for supplies, work in a commune and do damage, while meeting people from the community.

National Guard

The National Guard has existed as long as the Training Corps, at one point both being divisions in the same branch. Since then the National Guard has become a solid and active community. If you want to join the military, but aren't sure about your time commitment, the National Guard is for you.

Mobile Infantry

Nickname: The Roughnecks. Motto: On the Bounce! It was about two years ago when I first become a senior leader of this unit. Later serving as General, the Mobile Infantry will always stick out to me for its history, activity, community and friendly atmosphere. If you're newer and you've passed the Training Corps training program, this is a great place to start.

eUS Army

The eUS Army, led by General Bombonato is home of a very large, old community. With players new and old alike, the eUS Army is a fun community, with a strong esprit de corps.

Airborne

Marine Corps

The Few. The Proud. The Marines. America's oldest and most feared tanking strike force in the World.

Ultramarines

Started initially by such players as Pfeiffer, Vanek26, Maruishima, Avruch and Deificus, the Ultramarines are now an official branch of USAF. They have a very relaxed atmosphere and is best for players interested more in coordinating their damage than in military role playing.

SEAL Team 6

This is undoubtedly America's first successful militia, with a world wide reputation. It was started almost two years ago by former Secretary of Defense and multiple term President, Josh Frost. Since then it has stood out as the model of an independent militia.

Bad Company

Initially made up of German immigrants who wanted access to our resources, leave behind a consistently wiped Germany and find a more stable home, they've proved themselves to be loyal to America. They fight with Americans and they coordinate with American leaders. Plus their name is awesome. Who wouldn't want to join?

EZ Company

The first "party militia", Easy Company is the militia of the Federalist Party. They have stood the test of time and continue to exist as one of America's premier militia forces. Membership with the militia has no bearing on your political party or preferences.
