A Guide to eRepublik (V2)
Serendipitous
Welcome to eRepublik Rising (V2 from here on); V2 offers a wider range of options, and as such new guides must be implemented. This will offer you a comprehensive overview as well as a day-by-day system for the first five days of play. Let’s first discuss the migration statistics.
Migrations Charts
To help you understand, let me illustrate it. We’ll start with the Military Skills pie chart. Out of 100%,
-38.55% became Rifles (the one labeled Riffles)
-24.16% became Air Units
-21.55% became Tanks
-15.74% became Artillery
Out of: 4,453 migrated players.
Now, each group has a type advantage and type disadvantage. It goes as follows:
Next, scroll down and find the Economy Skills pie chart. Here’s another list to illustrate where people went:
-28.67% became Harvesters
-14.59% became Engineers
-11.76% became Technicians
-7.53% became Producers
-7.29% became Mechanics
-6.98% became Fitters
-5.73% became Marketing Managers
-5.14% became Builders
-4.54% became Project Managers
-4.14% became Architects
-3.65% became Carpenters
Out of: 4,453 migrated players.
Use these numbers to determine what profession and skill you want to go in to. Currently, Harvesters are in great demand. I strongly recommend becoming one.
Let’s move on to the available tabs.
Uptown
Uptown is where you’ll find the following:
Company
Training Grounds
Library
Residential District
__________
At the Company, you will be directed to an overview of where you work. If you are a first-time player, you can find a job here. When you work, train, or study, it costs you both wellness and happiness.
Right-Click & View Image to enlarge.
Wellness is dependent on the quality of the company; with a Q1 company, you lose one (1) wellness. With a Q4 company, you lose four (4) wellness. This does not apply to harvesters; all harvesters lose only one (1) wellness per day. Happiness is dependent on the amount of time you work; with eight (
😎hours of work, you lose eight (
😎happiness. Simply select the booster at the far left (the one that doesn’t cost gold) and click “Start working.”
__________
For the Training Grounds, all you have to do is click a booster (at first, only the one on the far
left will be available) and then click “Start training.” This costs one (1) wellness at a flat rate, and one (1) happiness for every hour you train. For example, if you train for six (6) hours, you lose six (6) happiness. Training is important because it will help you defend our country.

__________
As for the Library, you go there to study. You’ve picked your profession already, so you can study up on it. Simply select the first booster, and click “Start studying.” Make sure to study for the profession you chose earlier on; don’t start diversifying just yet. This costs one (1) wellness. You lose one happiness for every hour you study. So if you study for four (4) hours, you lose four (4) happiness.

__________
And in conclusion is the Residential District, where you regain happiness. Happiness is an important attribute because it determines your productivity (amount of output) in studying, working, and training. If your happiness is too low, you will not be able to do those things. To keep your happiness high, you should spend some time in the Residential District. Resting costs no wellness, and replenishes happiness. Simply select the booster on the far left, and click “Chill out”. The formula is number of hours you relax+one (1). If you relax for four (4) hours, you receive five (5) happiness points.

__________
Now that you’ve finished working, training, studying, and relaxing, what else is there to do for the rest of the day? You can always review your statistics by returning to Uptown and see how you produced that day. Or you can proceed Downtown!
Downtown
Welcome to Downtown! There are several new buttons here. Clockwise from left, we have:
Party
Newspaper
Country Administration
Organization
Advertising Agency
Chat Rooms
When you click your Party link, you will find a page that will tell you what you’re able to do. You can either join a party, or you can create a new one. If you’re just starting out, you can join a party. You cannot create one without forty (40) gold.
__________
Next is the Newspaper link. Here is your primary outlet to the world around you. You can write an article about current events, real life parallels, anything you wish. A newspaper costs two (2) gold to make.
__________
Country Administration shows you several tabs, those tabs being the following:
National Goals and Monuments Tab
Society Tab: Chat Rooms, Current Regions, and Citizen Statistics
Economy tab: Treasury, Embargoes, Taxes, Salary, Productivity Statistics
Politics Tab: President, Congress, Election Results
Military Tab: Open Wars, Alliances
Administration Tab: Law Proposals, Congress/President Law Hub
__________
The Organization tab brings you to a list of organizations you’ve created. Let’s look at mine:
Right-Click & View Image to enlarge.
I’ve created an organization called Mandarin Oranges. I can log out and go to that organization with a different password; or I can create another organzation. It also hyperlinks you to the current organization for quick access. Each organization (org, for short) requires 5 gold to create.
__________
Next is the Advertising Agency. While you require gold to advertise, you can direct these advertisements at anyone in the population. This is a great tool when used in conjunction with your newspaper articles.
__________
And finally, the Chat Rooms. The Chat Rooms are where you can talk to people in-game, discuss interesting events and such. But the real discussion happens elsewhere. Allow me to explain.
__________
The two main outlets of discussion in the eUS are the following:
-IRC
-eUS Forums
Let me explain IRC. IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat; it’s where active citizens get together and conduct most of their daily business. Here’s a simple guide for IRC.
1) Click these words.
2) Click “Launch Mibbit WebChat”
3) Change the IRC to “Rizon”, input your name in the “Nick” space. Your channel can be written as #eus . All channels start with #, and #eus is the main channel of the country.
4) Chat it up!
Now, on to the eUS Forums.
1) Go to the domain, here.
2) Click the top left button to register.
3) Fill in all the applicable information and verify your account.
4) Post in the Welcoming Committee forum to introduce yourself!
__________
I have a few more things to add, bear with me. Here’s how to get your wellness and happiness up.
Wellness & Happiness
Wellness can be replenished with food, housing, and high-end moving tickets. Happiness can be replenished with food, housing, high-end moving tickets, and the Residential District. Whatever the statistic next to the happiness or wellness icon says, that’s the amount of wellness or happiness you receive. You can also purchase wellness packs.

With the Happiness Calculator, you can calculate the happiness you will receive from your quality food, your house, etc.
__________
First Five Days & Level Requirements

-Read the wiki to learn about the game.

It makes absolutely no sense to have relaxing as your last action of the day.
Could someone please tell me how to move country?
Good stuff.
Seren, mine was better 😛
o/o/o/ HAIL TEPWNZOR o/o/o/
Although a little long, this is good stuff. Reminds me of the articles I did to help people in V1 and we need more stuff like this. Great work!
V/S.
I hate how people say things like this are long, when they are shorter than an actual page of reading in a book. State of the world's culture=degrading faster than my house.
Nice article, though very basic. When the military module comes out, there will be a lot of nuances to discuss.
