A deal for the end of hostilities

I asked to your President the possibilities of finish hostilities between Japan and Theocrats.
We have proposed to help all Koreans trying to free one region in North Korea (Theocrats of course will be on your side with all soldiers of Theocratic Holy Army), to allow them to manage their own country.
The real problem of Koreans are numbers and I hope one country can be managed from them without problems and their community will grow more fast than divided in two.
We ask only this region: no other regions of Suoth Korea will be attacked from the new Theocratic Nation of South Korea.
A waste of gold is useless for both two countries.
Reading this article I can suggest to divide the declaration of war (328 gold) and use this war like WarGames, to rank up our soldiers and to restore citizen wellness.
We proposed here with good intentions, the end of hostilities, but we are also ready to fight with all our weapons and gold to defend South Korea.

Well... after a bit we fought, but it's real: we (Italian) and they (Theocrats) cooperated together, and often they offered as cooperation and/or contract.
