____________________The Last Week in WRP (27-03-16)__________________________

Hello and Welcome to the first instalment in The Last Week in WRP for almost a year!

I'd like to firstly apologise for my prolonged absence from Erepublik. I have been two-clicking for the last few months due to real life, however I am back now for the foreseeable future. I'd like to secondly apologise for the fact that this week's instalment is going to be about slightly more than just the last week as we will be going back as far as the Party Presidential Election.

1)Party Elections

This was a tightly fought contest (perhaps a bit close for my liking), Aaron Mark Daniels won with 11 votes compared to the monthly complainer Ed Miliband winning 6. However the low turnout of 55% means that perhaps this wasn't fully representative of Aaron support base in the party. I for one feel that the general mood in the party is one of support for Aaron; even with Ed's monthly contribution, which luckily for us we should be expecting very soon.

2) Party Membership

With the party just 8 members outside of the top 5, efforts have increased in recent weeks and days to try and achieve that push into 5th, while these haven't seen success as of yet, I can assure all WRP members that the leadership team is doing its best to achieve our goal of reentry into the top 5 of eUK politics.

3) Weekly Challenge

Alongside a new WRP weekly comes a new weekly challenge. This week the challenge is to name the first female cabinet minister in the UK. First one to do so in the comment section below wins 50 q7 weapons.
