WHPR: What has been the most enjoyable part of
your experience as POTUS so far?
Shefutzu: The most enjoyable part for me is starting battles...it's relaxing checking the timezones for each country (most of them already known) and checking available regions for attack.
WHPR: How has your cabinet worked out so far?
Shefutzu: There has been extraordinary coordination. From the Media Team, we've had great articles and designs.... We've also had great coordination through the Defense Team, along with our advisers and Interior with the Harlot program.
WHPR: Which ally have you built up a better
relationship with and how?
Shefutzu: I would say that I am in good relations (as much as I interact with them) with all of our allies. I can't name one that I have a better relations than the other.
WHPR Which countries do you see as our main
enemies at the moment?
Shefutzu: Code has strong countries as well... Croatia by far, the strongest and good at coordination.
WHPR: If you could change one in-game game
mechanic, what would it be and why?
Shefutzu: I would introduce this: if you wanna fight, you need to be in a MU; and if you are in a MU you need to follow the orders. If you don't follow the orders, you should be prevented from training and fighting for some time (1..2..3 days), because some peoples are working behind this orders.
WHPR: Which part of being POTUS has proven to be
the most challenging?
Shefutzu: Strategy is the most challenging one. You need to see all the puzzle pieces, from our country's and alliance's point of view
WHPR: Are you interested in doing a 2nd term as
POTUS?
Shefutzu: Of course I am, and I will run for a second
term.
WHPR: How would you sum up your experience 2
weeks into your first term?
Shefutzu: Great experience so far. A lot of new things learned by now. I've had a lot of valuable interactions with all the representatives from other countries.

Everyone loves Congress! Not as popular as Everyone Loves Raymond, but C-Span had to have something
If you don't know what Congress is, fear not, the WHPR is here to help!
What is Congress?
Congress is the deliberative body of active citizens who do important things like passing laws, accepting citizenships, setting a budget, signing in, and most importantly: complaining about congress.
How many members of Congress are there?
That depends on how many regions we have! No regions means no congress. But if we have 1 region, we get 10 congress members, 2:20, 3:30, 4:40, and with 5 regions...40. With 6, also 40. For some reason, up until 40 regions also 40. But, at 41 regions, 41 members of congress, and so on.
Does this make sense? Kind of. You get used to it.
Where does Congress...Congress?
Congressional activity takes place both on discord and in in-game messages between Congress members. But fear no lovers of transparency, all non-classified congressional activity can be viewed in this public discord channel!
How do I get elected?
Well in the eUS we have a parliamentary congress system where each party chooses a slate of candidates, and then the country gives votes to each party. If you want to run for Congress, join a top 5 party and ask your party president!
So what do I do?
Vote! On the 25th make sure to vote for your party and do your best to help shape the eUS for another month

Any news on the war with North Korea?
So, no news on the stuff we *actually* need to know about then?
Why did we declare war on NK? Why is it important?
I'm not sure what there is to know.
We had 16 war laws in the last 20 days. And if anything, things have been slow.
China is a TW base for us, and we spent the last week defending it from Code. North Korea is in a hostile alliance and currently has a Code member in it.

It was a disscussion with RO. They permit Russians to change regions in their core in eventuality of getting initiative on us.

There is no way in game mechanics to prevent people from fighting or training.
And unless you start telling people _why_ they should fight for some random war they didn't know was coming then they aren't gonna do it 🙂
To clarify - there *shouldn't* be a way to prevent people training and fighting either!

I know for a fact Jude is in the relevant rooms to discuss and has talked with Voots about it, and has access to the media room where the media team could have benefitted from someone volunteering to write a segment on this topic. I also know for a fact you would be there too if, for example, you volunteered to write up foreign affairs news
You gave Voots a hard time earlier for saying that people didn't engage with his DoD updates and had the nerve to imply he was being vain.
Well at least he wrote them! And answers questions when asked about it! It's 2023, if you're so upset work isn't be done then you should do it.

I have been here the whole time and this is not a new failing by our government and the Backroom Cabal. You have not kept the citizens of America informed for years now. Also, it is vanity when you expect citizens to vote for articles that should be published to inform the country without the expectation of votes. Whatever their job they should be publishing articles explaining what they have and are doing and with what results.

Yes, I've come back after a considerable time away and still with a busy RL. Service expecting pats on the back isn't service. I was asked to help compile and edit a WHPR with a Presidential interview. So I did exactly that. As a favor to help out. Because when people ask me to do things, I quietly do them. Similarly, if you want things done, you should give it a try.

Franklin, you have been here the whole time. Great. How many times have you volunteered to write government media? I don't care about the answer, but if you want it, you have to create it. We all know everyone who is left playing, demanding free work without providing any is rich.
Also it in fact *is* citizen's responsibility to vote for government articles that provide useful information. Otherwise they get buried by nonsense. Come on now. (And of course Voots never brought up votes, Artela created that as a strawman, which I am sure was productive)
Voots and I didn't speak about WHY we had a war with NK until today AFTER this late-ass WHPR was done.
What you saw was me getting info on how the game is played today, as well as the bot commands. Nothing more. No info was shared with me irt NK and why. Same with the other DMoD.

And yes he does know _now_, and so now do I... but that is something the ordinary citizen still hasn't been informed on (slight advantage here being sat in the same room!). I wasn't just saying things for my own benefit - I was pointing out that ordinary Americans deserve to know what is going on (this is the first time in a very long time I've been an "ordinary American" so that I can see what gets through (or rather doesn't get through) all the filter layers.
Instead of trying to make this personal maybe the administration should just take on board the point I'm making and improve on it?
