[Wavve] Regarding Dispatch

well a long lasting demand has been met . Our finance department has given a green light to the restarting of the dispatch program for Our new players. Its hard for our new players to survive and enjoy the game in this economy. Considering that we have brought back the dispatch system.

Technicalities still remains and will be sorted out in a day or so and our citizens will enjoy the uninterrupted dispatch of weapons on daily basis.

SOME key points -

-if no fighting , no dispatch will be done.

-IRC Activity is must for the dispatch , no IRC Activity - no dispatch

- Weapons will be dispatched for completion of DAily order , not for fighting else where.

- D2 will get 7 q7 daily

- D1 players will be given 5 q7 ( to well known players) , 7 q6 (to brand new citiens

- Membership of a National Military Unit is must for the dispatch ( Nirvana is the MU for d1 and d2)

- during war time , dispatch will be off , weapons will be provided on the based of food fights on that particular day and time.

For D1 and d2 , method of dispatch will declared in a day

We want our citizens to grow up fast and enjoy the game to its fullest.

Why would you spend the limited resources you have on dispatches that don't pertain to the reclamation of your regions? Dispatch to get your territory back or to support an ally in need. Dispatch for the sake of it, particularly when your country is wiped, is an exercise in vanity.

Then play the game right and get your ministry of foreign affairs' act together and make some allies and sign some MPPs and create a REAL plan to recover your regions. The game sucks if you don't have regions.
