[VoeH] Contract between eItaly and eHungary

We hereby announce in this agreement that a rental contract has been signed between eHungary and eItaly about renting Marche and the bonus oil provided by the region.


§1. The rent period

a. ) The rent period starts with the date when eHungary win the battle in the Marche region against eItaly or any third party country (further “Start date”)
b. ) The rent is active for three months period from the “Start date”
c. ) After parties will have new conversation about prolongation or cancellation of the current rental contract (further “Prolongation conversation”)
d. ) “Prolongation conversation” is active before the mutual agreement between the parties or official resolution from any party about cancellation of the current rental contract. The resolution about cancellation must be signed by Country President. The mutual agreement between the parties must be signed by the Country Presidents of each parties.
e. ) While “Prolongation conversation” is in progress the current rental contract is marked as active.

§2. The renting subject

a. ) This deal includes Marche and the route originating from eHungarian controlled regions outside of eItaly (further “Renting subject”). Basically this route will include Veneto and Emilia-Romagna regions.
b. ) The eHungarian goverment may decide to free up the route leading to Marche because of part of tactical movement. This action should be in discussion with the eItalian party (refer to 1c)

§3. Payment

a) The monthly rental fee equals to region taxes - generated by Hungarian controlled regions of eItaly - that the eHungarian government is obligated to pay in the first case after the treaty entry into force.
b) The payment should arrive to eItalian party until every 10th of the current month.
c) In the case of failure of payment of the rental fee the eItalian government may initiate cancellation of the contract (see 1d) or ask about urgent conversation with eHungarian government.

§4. Additional terms and conditions of the current rental contract


a) The eItalian government undertakes that in case a resistance war starts in the Marche region rebellion, they do not participate actively in it, and the damage entered in the resistance side must be corrected with damage on the Hungarian side using the damage resources eItaly has.
b) If the content of paragraph 4a) is not fulfilled, the eHungarian government may initiate the cancellation of the current contract (see 1d) or ask about urgent conversation with eItalian government.
с) The Hungarian party will not act or support of any negative act against eItaly: Natural Enemy law, supporting resistance wars against eItaly, attacking eItaly core regions
d) Any deviations from the current contract may happen only by the mutual agreement between the parties (see 1d).
e) After the signing of the contract the parties works together with The Plan and must not create any obstructions to it.
j) This contract should be published in official bulletins’ of each party.

§5. The Plan

Step 10: eHungary starts Peace Proposal and the war between eItaly and eHungary ends
Step 11: eHungary liberates Trentino-South Tyrol and Piedmont
